Drake’s Body Guard Allegedly Goes Chuck Norris


Drake lost two fans in Jacksonville, Florida last week after he allegedly pushed a female fan and his body guard allegedly went all Chuck Norris on a male fan! The guy and his friends were allegedly heckling or praising Drake (depends on who tells the story), when he got knocked out! He ended up with 6 stitches in his mouth and is planning on pressing charges and of course he’s going to sue! Cha-ching!

Paul Wall Scuffles With A Fan

Paul Wall must have been drinking the same crunk juice as Drake’s bodyguard, because Sunday, during his performance at a car show, he allegedly got into it with a fan who gave him the middle finger! The two exchanged words and then Paul allegedly swung at the fan with his microphone several times. Must be something in the water!

Luda Wants His Girlfriend To Dump School


Ludacris wants the kids to stay in school, but apparently not his own girlfriend! MediaTakeOut is reporting that Luda asked his girl friend to drop out of med school! Chris Tweeted, “Ya’ll bootleggin’ this video already. Thats effed up. I give ya’ll free music all the time. Ya’ll could at least do me this solid.” He planned on donating some of the proceeds to his Symphonic Love Foundation which supports music education and promotes volunteerism.

So MC Hammer must be sipping out of Lil Wayne's cup or something, because Lord knows he's outta his mind! Hammer is claiming that Jay-Z is a devil worshipper! Hammer's mad because Jay called him out on Kanye West's "So Appalled. Jay-Z says: "The Hammer went broke so you know I’m more focused/ I lost thirty mill so I spent another 30/ cuz unlike Hammer 30 mill can’t hurt me!"

So after hearing that, Hammer tweeted about Hov and promised to reveal proof that Jay is a devil worshipper! He said he plans on exposing on Halloween! Too funny!

Beyonce Wants To Tattoo You




While Jay-Z is busy supposedly worshipping the devil, his wifey and her mom have been busy creating a line of temporary tattoos for the House of Dereon. Those should hit stores soon!

Speaking of excitement, not everyone is excited about Jennifer Lopez judging American Idol. Memba Frenchie Davis, the plus-sized, bald chick that was a contestant a few years ago? Looks like life is over for Lyfe…or at least for the next 3 years!! Lyfe, who already served a 10 year sentence, will serve 3 years in prison after being arrested 2 years ago for kicking in the door of his then girlfriend’s house and firing a gun. He pleaded guilty on Wednesday to driving under the influence, fleeing and attempting to elude police, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and discharging a weapon near a street!

Is Ochocinco Creeping Getting it “Just Wright?”



Word on the street is that Chad Ochocinco is creeping on his current boo, Evelyn Lozada, from “Basketball Wives” with a new reality star, Just Wright from “Ray of Love!” She Tweeted, “Over @OgOchocinco spending the night! Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor at the center of MJ's death, says that Mike's other doctor, his dermatologist, deserves some of the blame. Dr. Murray filed legal papers yesterday challenging a lawsuit by Joe Jackson blaming Dr. Murray for MJ's death.

Seems like Soulja Boy can’t catch a break!! Everything seems to be going wrong since he got caught up in the hotel room with Kat Stacks and cocaine! Fabolous made reference to the whole situation during a freestyle on the radio, saying “Pretty boy swag, but I don’t coke my nose tho.” Apparently that didn’t sit well with Soulja Boy because he went on Twitter to call Fab out! Soulja said, “F that lame rapper named Fabolous. I will murder that man Fab in a freestyle battle.” Yeah, ok…then Soulja Boy woke up!

Sean Penn Responds To Wyclef’s Cocaine Accusations


Well the beef between Wyclef and actor Sean Penn is heating up! I told you yesterday that Clef busted shots back at Sean for saying he doesn’t think Wyclef should run for president of Haiti. Clef said, “Maybe Sean Penn ain’t see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine.” Well Sean’s camp released this statement:

They were supposedly riding BIG in the Maybach, when police said they smelled marijuana, searched the vehicle and BAM! TI was back in custody, taking his ride or die chick with him! They are currently out on bail!

Bey Bey's Dad Says Sit Down With All That Mess
Beyonce's dad says SIT DOWN! Mathew Knowles says don't believe the hype; the rumors about Jay-Z managing Beyonce are not true. He released a statement saying, "Mathew Knowles is the sole and exclusive manager of Beyoncé. Contrary to false rumors online, B and Mathew Knowles unequivocally have had and continue to have a close personal and biz relationship."



Toni Braxton Is Homeless

Buck, buck, buck, buck! Shots fired…again! Ever since 50 Cent took over his Twitter account from his record label, he has been causing straight mayhem! This time, he tweeted about Diddy, saying, “Puffys a fun boy a happy man, a fruit loop a lucky charm a skittle chase the rainbow lol.” Diddy, meanwhile, took the highroad and didn’t respond!

Young Buck Is Going After Fiddy
Diddy might not respond anymore to 50’s shots, but Young Buck is taking the bait. His new single, “Hood Documentary,” is a Fiddy diss! He’s also got a new mixtape coming out (which I am sure will have lots of Fiddy disses), called “The Rehab.”





Slim Thug And Rick Ross Hash It Out On Twitter
Another beef is heating up on Twitter! Rick Ross and Slim Thug got into it recently. Ross started things out when he put Slim’s name in the song “King Boss.” Ross rapped, "She dated Slim Thug/ Now she f**k with me/ She finally made it to the biggest boss, luckily." When will these celebs learn to just ignore her?

Speaking of relationships and publicity stunts, Drake & Nicki Minaj announced that they got married…then announced that it was all a big joke! Nicki had tweeted, “Yes, it’s true. Drake and I tied the knot.” Even though it was a joke, I personally think they should do it!

After the video of Soulja Boy in the room with Kat Stacks and lines of cocaine broke, SB took to Twitter to deny it. He initially Tweeted, "God knows I didn't do that. that's all that matters, you are nothing but humans. pow". But later, he responded to a fan who asked him not to talk to Kat again, with this Tweet, “yes baby I promise to never do that again I'm so sorry, I'm a dummy dummy for that one.” Sounds like a confession to me!

Did Timbaland Attempt Suicide?
First Fantasia…now Timbaland? Well that’s what TMZ was reporting yesterday. Here’s the short version: Supposedly Timbo was upset about someone close to him stealing a $2 million dollar watch from him, so he left the house to clear his head. After he was gone for a while, his mother-in-law called 911 to report him missing and told police that he was “tired of the stress” and was near a cliff. Timbaland, though, says it’s not true.

Was Kimora Forced Out?
Speaking of leaving, I told you earlier this week that Kimora Simmons was leaving Baby Phat, and mama made it sound like she decided to leave on her own. Well that may not be the case! Rumor has it that she was forced out because she was paying herself and her daughters too much money for modeling in Baby Phat’s ads. And that she spent a ton of money on airbrushing and paying body doubles (who would really model the clothes, then Kimora’s face would be stuck on their body). Ouch, that’s gotta hurt her ego!

Speaking of annoyed, word is that the folks over at American Idol were irritated with Jennifer Lopez. She had been negotiating a deal as a permanent judge on the show, but in true J. Lo fashion, her demands supposedly got way out of control.

Looks like Kanye West and MTV may have kissed and made up! According to a source, Yeezy will be performing at this year’s Video Music Awards…just one year after jack-moving the mic away from Taylor Swift. The VMAs air September 12!

Bow Wow’s New Role
Bow Wow is following in the footsteps of LL Cool J, Ludacris and Ice-T. It seems like his acting career is popping off more than his music career. He recently confirmed that he will be starring in the latest Tyler Perry movie, Madea’s Big Happy Family. The Lottery Ticket, starring Bow Wow, is in theaters August 20.

Did Kim K. & Reggie Bush Swap It Out?
TMZ is reporting that Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush got into a drunken fight at Bobby McCray’s wedding. Supposedly Reggie was talking to her about getting back together but was getting more aggressive and had to be pulled away from Kim by bodyguard!! Wonder what Amber Rose thinks!?!

Waka’s Mama Calls Out Vibe Magazine

One person that shouldn’t be speaking his mind is young Buck. Tony Yayo recently said that G-Unit has a gag order on Young Buck. But it hasn’t stopped him from talking about 50 Cent. Buck recently said that 50 is blackballing him by not approving any of buck’s features (he is still contractually obligated to g-Unit). Tony also said Young Buck shouldn’t even be talking about him because he doesn’t even have a chain! "N*gga don't even got no jewelry, man, get some new jewelry and then talk about me man. You know? Fantasia Overdoses!
Speaking of drama, Fantasia’s life has been full of it! Her manager confirmed that she overdosed on aspirin and a sleeping aid, possibly trying to commit suicide. She’s been catching heat lately for rumors that she’s been sleeping with a married man! Plus, her alleged boyfriend Antwuan Cook’s wife filed a lawsuit!

Here's the statement in its entirety:

Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly.

Fantasia believed Mr. Cook when he told her he was not happy in his marriage and his heart was not in it. She believed him when he told her he and Mrs. Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr. Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere.

He even took her there. One of Mr. Cook’s most redeeming qualities was his complete devotion to his children. Fantasia fell in love with Mr. Cook and believed that he loved her.

Fantasia and Mr. Cook dated on and off for about eleven months. The pressure of the constant media attention was hard on their relationship. Fantasia gave inconsistent interviews about the status of her relationship with Mr. Cook because sometimes they were on and sometimes they were off.

When they were on, they spent most of their time together when she was not traveling with work.
Fantasia read Mrs. Cook’s Complaint against Mr. Cook for the first time yesterday. She knows some of the allegations in Mrs. Cook's complaint are totally false. There are others she strongly doubts. There is plenty she does not know.

Fantasia is heartbroken and is sorry for any pain she may have caused.

Yesterday, she was totally overwhelmed by the lawsuit and the media attention. Last night, Fantasia was hospitalized. She took an overdose of aspirin and a sleep aid.

Her injuries are not life threatening. She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time. Fantasia is stable now. She will be released from the hospital soon. Fantasia is a fighter and a survivor . This is not the hardest thing Fantasia has endured.

Fantasia will be stronger, smarter, and better for it. Her work has always inspired her and served as a source of strength. Her new album, “Back To Me,” will be released on August 24th.

Well he may be cute and people seem to love his music, but apparently ya’ll don’t like watching him on television. Trey Songz’s reality show, My Moment, is getting such bad ratings that it may not make it to next season! Last week he had less than a half million viewers!

Ladies First
Hopefully another BET show will do better than Trey! BET has announced its first ever original music documentary. My Mic Sounds Nice: A Truth About Women and Hip Hop will show the impact that women like Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Missy, Eve and Trina have had on music. You can check that out on BET on August 30th at 10pm!

Nelly Overcomes The Hate
Speaking of shows, it seemed like Branson, Missouri was hating on Nelly by trying to stop his show in the city, which was supposed to happen in the parking lot of the Grand Palace. The city was trying to deny the permits needed to make the outdoor show a reality, but show organizers have moved it indoors to the mansion theater, avoiding a showdown in court.

Lebron James’ Girlfriend Splits…Her time that is!
Savannah Brinson told Harper’s bazaar that she splits her time between Cleveland and Miami because they didn’t want to uproot their children. She also said, “personally, Miami was not my favorite place.”

Dayum.
