It’s nowhere close to December, but Ludacris is getting ready for New Year’s Eve! He’s signed on to play a police officer in a new comedy movie called “New Year’s Eve.” The cast includes Robert DeNiro & Halle Berry. “New Year’s Eve” will hit theaters on December 9th.

Here we go!” Then later he tweeted, “It’s ironic how “somebody” out this out right around my album time!” His new album F.A.M.E is due March 22nd!

Da Brat Claims Every Girl In Prison Wanted Her

Chris Brown is now officially free to approach Rihanna. Chris returned to court yesterday where a judge kept his promise to reduce the restraining order that RiRi had against Breezy. Chris can now contact Rihanna as long as he doesn’t “harass, annoy or molest” her. RiRi wasn’t at the hearing, but her lawyer said she was all good with the restraining order.

Rihanna Has Beef With The Trump
And maybe Rihanna’s not worried about Chris Brown because she’s got new beef brewing! This time it’s with Donald Trump. She was scheduled to perform at his benefit for half a million dollars over the weekend, but “called in sick” so she could perform at the NBA All-Star Game! We all know that even though you and your ex aren’t together, it’s still easy for them to push your buttons. Well that’s exactly what Ciara did to 50 Cent. She jumped things off by tweeting “The things people tweet say a lot about their character, pay attention.” That was her response to Fiddy tweeting that he’d left the Playboy Mansion and was inspired to be a pimp. Well after her tweet, 50 responded with “Yea I tweet things that reflect my character (b-word). Get one. That’s why your 3 million followers are behind me.” They went back and forth with a few more tweets before Fif ended it by telling Ciara “Cut it out.”

Another pop diva is dealing with her own “ex-issues.” Rihanna’s ex baller leaked her topless pictures. Supposedly RiRi reportedly sent them to a certain famous baller she was dating after Chris Brown. Her ex then shared the pics with his boys and somebody sent them to Media Takeout.

Speaking of Rihanna and exes, Chris Brown has requested to end the restraining order against him by Rihanna. The order’s not set to expire until 2014 but Chris’ attorney asked the judge to cancel the order on Friday. But no such luck, the judge kept the order in place. But there was some good news for Breezy, the judge said he doesn’t have to come in for progress hearing every three months.

And the restraining order may be the reason that Chris won’t be attending the Grammy’s. Breezy’s rep blames a “scheduling conflict,” but some folks are saying the restraining order is the reason!

Yesterday, he wrote about how sick and tired he is of going to jail, juve, prison, the pen or whatever else you want to call it! Tip said “This experience is truly a pain I have never felt before and that’s saying a lot for an n-word who’s been locked up as many time as I have.” You can read his whole blog by logging onto our Facebook page!

"This experience is truly a pain I have never felt before and that's saying a lot for a nigga who's been down locked up as many times as I have. I see this as a real ass whoopin'. The kind you don't just go back outside to play afterwards. You take ya ass to bed and don't come out of your room until it's time to go to school.

I don' t know what effect this will have on my life moving forward but I'm certainly sick and mother f**king tired of going to jail, juve, prison, the pen, correctional facilities or whatever else you want to call it. I'd have been better off doing a 5-10 year bid one time than going in time and time again for days, weeks and months for the last 15 years of my life.

Even though it's been a long road, I'm still standing, barely but nevertheless still standing. At one time I thought my motivation for continuing was for my fans, my partna Philant, my pops, my grandmama, even for the haters or the people I let down. But nah... I got to do this shit for me!!! I'll be God dam**ed if I've come all this way and made it through so much hell to let it go down like this! F*ck that! If an hour in the dark is worth a second in the sun then pass me my mother f*ckin' shades cause I'm ready to cash my darkest hours in...ASAP!!!

A lot of folks had fathers or father figures in the house to raise them into manhood. I'm not trying to make any excuses for my situation but my father was a hustler that lived in New York. My uncle was a local big time dope boy turned 10 year federal inmate.

My mother and grandparents did the best they could but I found my manhood in the trap and in prison systems. But I found it. And nan one of mine will ever have to feel the cold tight grip of a handcuff or grace the presence of a jail cell if I can help it.

Russell Simmons Open Letter To Kanye West

Russell Simmons has weighed in on the whole Kanye West/George Bush apology situation. In an open letter on his website Russ says:

"When you spoke about President Bush during the Katrina telethon, it was not the particulars of your words that mattered, it was the essence of a feeling of the insensitivity towards our communities that many of us have felt for far too long.

Gucci Checks Into Rehab
This is just tragic! First Soulja Boy, now Gucci? Ozone Magazine is reporting that Gucci checked himself into a month-long rehabilitation center…for cocaine addiction! They say his manager and lawyer pleaded with him outside the Riverwoods Psychiatric Center in Riverdale, GA for an hour, causing quite a scene, but finally getting him to turn himself in for a 28-day program! Good luck with that!

According to public records he owes over $110,585 to the IRS and there are liens on his $1.5 million dollar house in Cali!

Drake lost two fans in Jacksonville, Florida last week after he allegedly pushed a female fan and his body guard allegedly went all Chuck Norris on a male fan! The guy and his friends were allegedly heckling or praising Drake (depends on who tells the story), when he got knocked out! He ended up with 6 stitches in his mouth and is planning on pressing charges and of course he’s going to sue! Cha-ching!

Ya’ll could at least do me this solid.” He planned on donating some of the proceeds to his Symphonic Love Foundation which supports music education and promotes volunteerism.
