Justice For Michael Jackson
There may be some justice for Michael Jackson and his family after all. Mike's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, will go on trial for killing the King of Pop. A judge in L.A. ordered Murray to stand trial for involuntary manslaughter. The judge also suspended his medical license. Dr. Murray will be formally charged on January 25th.

Tia Mowry Is Expecting
Last night everyone was talking about the show "The Game," and today everyone is talking about Tia Mowry, who plays Melanie on the show! Tia announced that her and her hubby are expecting their first child! Congrats!

Waka Flocka is a free man! He was released from jail in Atlanta yesterday after posting $40,000 bail. He turned himself in on Monday after a warrant was issued for him. He's facing a bunch of charges including possession of marijuana, and possession of violating state anti-gang laws!

T.I. Gets Caught Getting It In
Speaking of jail birds, T.I. is back in trouble! This time for getting a lil too frisky with his wifey, Tiny. Supposedly, she visited him in prison in Arkansas on New Year's Eve and he couldn't keep his hands off her. During a visit T.I. and Tiny snuck off to a secret room and started messing around, they ended up getting caught, so now Tip has been moved to a "Special Housing Unit," with more security and less freedom! I'm beginning to think that T.I. is slow and doesn't learn!

Another rapper with issues is back in trouble! Foxy Brown's former manager and friend Bernadette Brennan is suing her for $100,000 for studio time and says Foxy "needs help." It’s a new year and most people are looking forward to making 2011 good, except...Waka Flocka. Oh no, his 2011 is getting off to a bad start! He recently turned himself to police after they raided his house last month. He's facing gun and weapons charges, a probation violation and allegations that he's involved in gang crime. His mom said he turned himself in because "he wanted to do the right thing and didn't want to run."

Gucci May Be Heading Back To Prison
Bad judgment seems to run in the family! A judge recently recommended that Gucci Mane spend a year in prison for violating probation. Guch was arrested in November for reckless driving and assault. Cops had to pepper-spray him to get him under control and he was also detained at Waka'a house when it got raided! What a family tree!

Lil Kim Is Still Going Hard On Nicki
It looks like Waka and Gucci have company in starting the New Year out wrong! Instead of celebrating and focusing on herself, Lil Kim spent her time on stage at a show focused on Nicki Minaj. Bad news for another Atlanta Rapper! Things always seem to go from bad to worse for TIP. He’s behind bars and T.I. is the defendant in a lawsuit! An Atlanta sound engineer says he was beaten by TIP’s people when they accused him of stealing Killer Mike’s chain. He was allegedly threatened with a gun, pushed down a flight of stairs and beaten for more than 12 hours. The suit also says one of the attackers used his cell phone to record the attack and forwarded the video to T.I., who “did nothing to stop or prevent the assault.”

Lyfe, who already served a 10 year sentence, will serve 3 years in prison after being arrested 2 years ago for kicking in the door of his then girlfriend’s house and firing a gun. He pleaded guilty on Wednesday to driving under the influence, fleeing and attempting to elude police, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and discharging a weapon near a street!

Mashonda, Swizz Beats ex-wife, set the record straight about his relationship with Alicia Keys. She told “Sister 2 Sister” magazine that contrary to popular belief, it was an affair. Here’s an excerpt from her interview:

S2S: Were you guys dating other people before he got with Alicia? Were you guys separated?

Mashonda: We were married. Sleeping in the same bed and having sex every night while he was seeing Alicia. Okay? It was an affair. 100 percent. WOW! This just in! TI and his wifey Tiny were both arrested in Los Angeles, allegedly for possession of a controlled substance! They were supposedly riding BIG in the Maybach, when police said they smelled marijuana, searched the vehicle and BAM! TI was back in custody, taking his ride or die chick with him! They are currently out on bail!

Bey Bey's Dad Says Sit Down With All That Mess
Beyonce's dad says SIT DOWN! Mathew Knowles says don't believe the hype; the rumors about Jay-Z managing Beyonce are not true. He released a statement saying, "Mathew Knowles is the sole and exclusive manager of Beyoncé. Contrary to false rumors online, B and Mathew Knowles unequivocally have had and continue to have a close personal and biz relationship."

Cocaine, Kat Stacks & Soulja Boy
After the video of Soulja Boy in the room with Kat Stacks and lines of cocaine broke, SB took to Twitter to deny it. He initially Tweeted, "God knows I didn't do that. that's all that matters, you are nothing but humans. pow". But later, he responded to a fan who asked him not to talk to Kat again, with this Tweet, “yes baby I promise to never do that again I'm so sorry, I'm a dummy dummy for that one.” Sounds like a confession to me!

Did Timbaland Attempt Suicide?
First Fantasia…now Timbaland? Well that’s what TMZ was reporting yesterday. Here’s the short version: Supposedly Timbo was upset about someone close to him stealing a $2 million dollar watch from him, so he left the house to clear his head. After he was gone for a while, his mother-in-law called 911 to report him missing and told police that he was “tired of the stress” and was near a cliff. Timbaland, though, says it’s not true.

Was Kimora Forced Out?
Speaking of leaving, I told you earlier this week that Kimora Simmons was leaving Baby Phat, and mama made it sound like she decided to leave on her own. Well that may not be the case! Rumor has it that she was forced out because she was paying herself and her daughters too much money for modeling in Baby Phat’s ads. And that she spent a ton of money on airbrushing and paying body doubles (who would really model the clothes, then Kimora’s face would be stuck on their body). Ouch, that’s gotta hurt her ego!

Montana Fishburne Pleads Not Guilty
Montana Fishburne aka Bumpy (Ass) Johnson, is hoping that a judge rules in her favor, after pleading not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. Her and her pimp, um excuse me, I mean boyfriend, were arrested in February, after allegedly breaking into a woman’s house, locking her in the bathroom and beating her! BREAKING NEWS: Soulja Boy Admits To The Kat Stacks Fiasco

Ok, so if you haven't seen the video production (uh yeah, it had edits and graphics, so it's a production) Kat Stacks did on Soulja Boy, you must watch it! If you notice, we never really get a clear visual of the man's face in the video. All the evidence points to it being Soulja Boy, including him speaking, the tats, the DMs, etc...but still, we never CLEARLY see his face. And Soulja Boy even took to Twitter around the time the video broke and tweeted the cryptic message below, that we can only assume was in response to the Internet and Twitter going crazy over the video.
