Mediatakeout.com is reporting that Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina is straight up outta control! They have pictures of the 17 year old drinking Four Lokos, the alcoholic energy drink and smoking a pote or Newport cigarette, for those you you not up on your hood linguistics! Plus she’s all lessi-ed out, kissing all up on another girl! I guess it’s a case of like mother (and father), like daughter!

Faith Evans Gets Sentenced To Probation
Speaking of drinking, Faith Evans was sentenced to three years informal probation yesterday in L.A. after pleading no contest to reckless driving. She was stopped for drunk driving at a checkpoint in Marina Del Ray.

C. Breezy & Rihanna Are Fed Up
Chris Brown and Rihanna just want their lives back, they are both tired of fans and the media harping on the beat down! Rihanna tweeted “People won’t stop asking about it! It’s f-ing annoying! Nobody wants to relive that, but some people can’t respect that!” Meanwhile, Chris tweeted, “Ya’ll starting to sound extremely childish! Team Breezy and Rihanna Navy. It’s pointless.”

DMX Is Back In Jail
Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back! Yep DMX is back at home…in jail! He was arrested at his house in Phoenix on Thursday night for not checking in with his probation officer! He was also arrested for a plethora of drug-related charges and driving on a suspended license! Repeat offender at his best!

Nicki Clears The Air About Lil Kim
Just in time for the release of “Pink Friday” today, Nicki Minaj is finally getting real when talking about her beef with Lil Kim.



Faith Evans Feels That There Will Never Be Justice For Biggie’s Murder
Well another female artist that Lil Kim used to beef with has NO Faith that Biggie will ever get justice in his murder! Faith Evans told a British newspaper “The family- we have an idea of what happened….we have an idea, though we don’t know if it will ever be solved in the judicial system.” It has already been 13 years, it’s sad, but she’s probably right!

Faith Speaks On DUI
Yesterday, I told you Faith got arrested for DUI in Los Angeles. Well she confirmed the report...kind of. Yesterday she tweeted about it, saying, "I was stopped at a random checkpoint. I'm fine and well." Uh huh...details pleaaaasssee!

Are 50 Cent and Ciara Still Collaborating?

Looks like Marlon Wayans is the latest celebrity to be hacked online! Someone hacked into his social networking accounts and stole his personal information.

Lil Wayne Is Suing Former Booking Agent
Speaking of stealing, Lil Wayne is suing a former booking agent, who he says stole $370,000 from him. He claims they diverted the money from a show booked on his behalf.

Drake Is A Party Planner
Drake took to Ustream to announce the November 5th Welcome Home Weezy Concert, since Lil Wayne is supposed to be released on or around November 4th, 4 months early. Drake also announced that his R&B mixtape will be titled, “It’s Never Enough.”

DJ Khaled Has A New Home
Speaking of Cash Money, they have been gobbling up talent left and right! DJ Khaled announced that he is now signed to Cash Money Records. On Friday, he Tweeted, “Deal is done.”

As for this weekend’s box office receipts, The Expendables came in 1st with $16.5 million, #2 was Vampires Suck with 12.2 million and Eat. Pray. Love has the 3rd spot with $12 million. Bow Wow’s Lottery Ticket was a close 4th with $11.1 million!

Christina Milian’s Dream Turns Into Nightmare
Whew, this right here is about to get ugly! Well I told you yesterday that pictures surfaced of The Dream all boo-ed up with his assistant and that his rep issued a statement saying they had been separated since late 2009. Well now clues have surfaced on Christina’s Twitter page that make a different statement! On June 29th, 2010, Milian asked followers to support Dream's new CD, Love King, saying, "Support my boo!" But after those pictures surfaced, her Tweets changed tones. On Monday she tweeted, "Whatever you think…believe it," and retweeted the statement, "I've officially lost my appetite." So I guess we weren’t the only ones that didn’t get the memo!

Even though Will and Jada Pinkett Smith continually deny that they're Scientologists they are rumored to have attended a four-hour Scientology event with Tom Cruise over the weekend. Mary J. Blige is being sued over her 2005 single "Take Me As I Am" by songwriters Jay Ballard and Kim Jones. They claim that Mary stole their 1995 song of the same name. Ballard and Jones want an accounting for all singles and albums sold, as well as royalties from income Blige and The Clutch received from using the track in any ads.
