Talk about sloppy seconds! Last night Kim Kardashian and The Dream were photographed sitting next to each other courtside at a basketball game, they even shared food from the same plate! Supposedly he’s helping her become an R&B singer…wonder how she’s paying The Dream for her tracks? Hmmm scandalous!

Mariah Carey Is Working On A Clothing Line
Speaking of scandalous, I’m pretty sure that’s what Mariah Carey’s maternity clothing line will look like! Mimi wants to design clothes for pregnant women, but judging from her personal style, that may not be a good idea!

Did Lil Wayne Violate His Probation?



Well it might not have been a good idea for Lil Wayne to hang out with Chris Brown courtside at a basketball game! Breezy pleaded to a felony assault in his case with Rihanna and Weezy is violating his probation by being around him.

Russell Simmons Open Letter To Kanye West

Russell Simmons has weighed in on the whole Kanye West/George Bush apology situation. In an open letter on his website Russ says:

"When you spoke about President Bush during the Katrina telethon, it was not the particulars of your words that mattered, it was the essence of a feeling of the insensitivity towards our communities that many of us have felt for far too long.

"It was the image of the President, our President... peering out the window of an airplane, as the people on the ground were drowning, that hurt us the most. For centuries, our people have relentlessly tread water as hard as they could to stay afloat, and here we were, literally drowning, and it felt like the President was insensitive.

Lil Wayne is only about 2 months away from being released from Riker's Island, but is still causing ruckus! A female guard on Riker's Island is facing disciplinary action for allegedly giving Weezy preferential treatment. Captain Latanya Brown is also accused of spending extra time with Lil Wayne. Mmmmmm hmmm...Mrs. Officer...I see you!

Sheriff Confirms Ecstasy On Tiny & TI




Speaking of the Law, the sheriff confirmed that they did find ecstasy pills directly on TI & Tiny, but no drugs were found in the Maybach they were in. And Tiny got a little pissed on Twitter about reports that they were caught with Meth. Blogger Perez Hilton said Tiny should change her Twitter name to @MajorMethMama. Tiny Tweeted, "U da real dummy cause u believe everything u hear! I don't even no wat meth look like! How bout let's c what da test say!" Well I don't know what the test say, but I bet the lawyers say stop Tweeting Tiny!

Kanye West Takes To Twitter For Latest Rant
Well Kanye West took to Twitter to clear the air about a lot of things! Maybe he didn’t get the memo that Twitter is for messages 140 characters or less…Here’s everything he tweeted:

"With the help of strong will, a lack of impathy, a lil alcohol and extremely distasteful & bad timing...I became George Bush over night.”

50 Cent has been known to use Twitter to talk trash about his rivals, but last week he came face to face with one of them! He and Jay-Z ran into each other backstage in Detroit. He said he asked Jay, "What's up [man] -- we gonna kill each other or what?" Hova responded, "And [mess] up the money? I ain't with it."
And for good reason! Jay just dropped a reported $20 million to buy a 12.5 acre island in the Florida Keys for Beyonce on her 29th birthday over the weekend! Damn, go on and set that bar high for the rest of these dudes!

DMX recently let the world know that he isn't a fan of plies as a rapper. X said, ""I don't know who the worst is, but he's got to be one of the worst," He went on to say, "I mean 'Bruh Bruh?' Serious? That has to be one of the worst. How do you even fix your mouth to say that or spell that? Wow, looks like DMX is trying to make a comeback the true American way...starting beef!

Wyclef Busts Shots



Speaking of beef, actor Sean Penn started it, but Wyclef isn't backing down. Sean had made some comments about Clef when he was running for president of Haiti and now Clef is busting back! He said, “I got a message for Sean Penn, maybe he ain't see me in Haiti because he was too busy sniffing cocaine."

Jennifer Lopez isn’t the only one that wants a job as an American Idol Judge! Another Diva, Mariah Carey, supposedly wants one of the coveted seats. Her hubby, Nick Cannon recently said that she talks about the show all the time.

Ginuwine’s Got A Job
Light-skinned men are making a comeback and Ginuwine’s got the job to prove it! He’s the “sexy milkman” for a new alcoholic drink, called Adult Chocolate Milk, which is a 40-proof vodka-based drink! All I can say about that is...can we get the milkman to start making deliveries again?

Well now that he’s been released from an L.A. jail, hopefully DMX can get a job! McDonald’s are y’all hiring?!? X served 18 days of his 90 day sentence for violating parole.

Dennis Rodman’s Wife Is Homeless
DMX might be back home, but Dennis Rodman’s wife and kids are homeless. She didn’t have the money to pay her rent, so she got evicted! Rodman supposedly owes her more than $500,000 in back child support.

It seems like Wyclef’s financial difficulties are getting worse! Jacob the jeweler is suing Wyclef for unpaid bills to the tune of $320,000. Good luck collecting that Jacob, seeing as though Clef already owes $2.1 million in back taxes!

Jermaine Dupri allegedly told blogger Sandra Rose that he was going to have her killed! She’s claiming that he threatened her after she posted and article titled “How The Mighty Have Fallen: Jermaine Dupri Rebounds.” Supposedly JD is telling people he was drunk during the call!

When It Comes To His Kids…It's not a GAME!
Well alcohol and rappers don’t mix! The Game proved that at one of his recent shows. Someone threw beer on stage and unfortunately (for the guy) The Game’s kids were there and he didn’t take to kindly to it! Two people from Game’s entourage jumped off stage and had a stern conversation with the guy...and by stern, I mean an ass whooping!

Does Mario Have Anger Management Issues?
Speaking of getting it in, Mario might need to make his way to some anger management classes! He allegedly punched the sound engineer at the annual Rochester MusicFest. Word is he missed sound check and showed up to perform late, so when he went over his allotted time, the sound man cut his show. And that’s when Mario went all ROCKY BALBOA on him!

Maybe I need to make my prison reservation, cus DMX spends so much time behind bars he’s beginning to make me think it’s a nice place to! Anywho, he’s going back to jail. This time he’s surrendering to L.A. authorities in connection to a 2002 reckless driving conviction.

In other jail bird news, C-Murder is getting some special attention. He’s serving a mandatory life sentence for the 2002 murder of a 16 year old, but now a special panel in new Orleans is examining his case to see if there was any judicial misconduct.

Diddy THINKS He Runs the City…but Not So Much!
Even though Diddy thinks he runs New York City, NYC says otherwise! They claim he owes almost $1 million for illegally putting up posters a few years back. They also want Doug E. Fresh to ante up on the almost $200,000 they claim he owes in business taxes.

President Wyclef?
We could be calling Wyclef president in the future! It’s only speculation for now, but there is a possibility that Wyclef could run for president of Haiti. He’s not confirming or denying it, but his rep did say, “If and when a decision is made, media will be alerted immediately.’

Rihanna Cancels Seattle Show
Amidst rumors that she trashed one of her hotel rooms, Rihanna has canceled an upcoming show in Seattle. The singer has already canceled shows in Texas and Arizona, and called off this Friday's show at the White River Amphitheatre. Show promoter Live Nation released a statement saying the decision was made because of "production changes" but many speculate the cut was made because of poor ticket sales.

Jay-Z, Beyonce and Rihanna Boycott BET & Chris Brown?
Jay-Z, Beyonce and Rihanna reportedly upset about Chris Brown being included in the performances for the BET Awards. An insider says told MediaTakeout.com, "It was a matter of principal. If BET was willing to support Chris after what he did [to Rihanna], that was their business. But [they] were not going to have anything to do with the show."

BET Awards Show Tops Ratings Again
The 2010 BET Awards was the Number 1 Cable Awards Show for the fifth year in a row. The 10th anniversary of the show pulled in 7.4 million viewers in 4.5 million households.

Will Lauryn Hill Make a Comeback?
Lauryn Hill could finally be ready to make her comeback. She tells National Public Radio, "I think it's time." Eminem’s Entourage Conflict
Entourage has signed on Eminem for its Season 7 finale. Airing on September 12th, Eminem's scene will take place at a platinum record party for his Recovery album. He and character Vince are going to have a conflict on the episode!

DMX to be Released Early?
DMX, who is currently in The Pokey in Arizona for probation violation, could be released as early as July. X is scheduled to be released in September.

Swizz Owes Over 2 Million in Taxes
According to documents that leaked yesterday (probably by his ex-wife Mashonda), Swizz Beatz owes over $2.2 million in taxes to the state of New York and the IRS.

Here’s what Swizzy owes The Man:

$652,727 to the IRS, which filed a lien against Swizzy on June 3 for income taxes from 2008;
$162,300 to the state of New York, which filed a tax warrant against Swizz and his ex-wife, Mashonda, in February of 2009;
Another $556,986 to the IRS from a lien filed against him and Mashonda in August of 2008 for 2007 income taxes;
And yet another $842,645 to the IRS from a lien filed against Swizzy and Mashonda in March of 2008 - this time in New Jersey (the other two were in New York).
