Did Mario Fight His Mom Over Drugs?


Oooooh, the drama! Mario has been all up in the news lately because of allegedly getting into a fight with his mom. He’s facing charges of second degree assault, but his lawyer basically says his mother’s drug problem is to blame! Mario’s lawyer issued this statement: "Anyone who has waged the battle to save loved ones from the forces of drugs knows the irrational behavior that almost always accompanies their actions. Despite the allegations, Mario remains committed to supporting his mother."

Tiger Woods Making His Video Debut?


Speaking of action, one of Tiger Wood’s former mistresses says she has a 62-minute sex tape with Tiger and sold it in a deal with a DVD production company. Devon James said the company gave her $350,000 upfront and projected sales of $5 million!

Was Chingy Confused?

MediaTakeOut is reporting that Chingy was allegedly sleeping with a man…the hip hop transsexual Sidney Star. During a radio interview, Sidney confirmed that he/she had a relationship with Chingy for 2 years. When asked if Chingy knew he/she was a man Sidney said yes! He/she also said, “Chingy is NOT the only celebrity that I’ve been with.” Whooo hooo, it’s about to hit the fan!

What The Flocka: BET Mad At Waka?

Waka Flocka may have lost a famous fan after his performance at the BET Hip Hop Awards. BET’s executive VP, Stephen Hill, blasted Waka on Twitter after his performance. Hill tweeted, “BET Hip-Hop Awards. The show was going so well...and then Waka Flak-ed. Wanted to give [him] a shot #mistake." Ouch!

Speaking of the BET Hip Hop Awards, Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj took home 3 honors apiece. Jay picked up “CD of the Year” for the “Blueprint 3” and Nicki walked away with “The Rookie of the Year” title. And there were tons of performances, including B.O.B., MC Hammer and The Diplomats. The Hip Hop Awards airs on BET on October 12.

Bad News For Bruno Mars


Things aren’t looking good for up-and-coming crooner Bruno Mars. He’s been charged with felony drug possession because he was caught last month in Las Vegas with 2.6 ounces of cocaine inside the Hard Rock Hotel. He could get 4 years in prison and a $5,000 fine!

Michael Jackson’s Estate Being Sued


It never seems to end…even though Michael Jackson has been gone for more than a year, he continues to make headlines! His estate is being sued for $1 million dollars by a financial consulting firm in the Middle East for allegedly failing to pay them for helping him secure a $300 million re-finance loan.

Looks like Baby is losing some weight. After 14 years of working at Baby Phat, Kimora Lee is walking away. She said, "It's time for me to move on and further expand my other businesses and create a new phenomenon.

Faith Speaks On DUI
Yesterday, I told you Faith got arrested for DUI in Los Angeles. Well she confirmed the report...kind of. Yesterday she tweeted about it, saying, "I was stopped at a random checkpoint. I'm fine and well." Uh huh...details pleaaaasssee!

Are 50 Cent and Ciara Still Collaborating?
Speaking of fine and well, looks like Ciara and 50 Cent are just that. ..seems like their relationship is still going strong. They showed up at the same hotel over the weekend acting very inconspicuous. Mmm hmm...bet she has been riding it...

Tiger Has Been Released Into The Wild
Well Ciara & 50 Cent might still be together but Tiger Woods and Elin are no more! Tmz is reporting that they finalized their divorce yesterday. They issued a statement that said, "We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future." The terms of it weren't released, but Tiger must have had a coupon because he got a discount! Elin only cost him $100 million instead of $700 million initially expected!

Rumor has it that VH1 is mad at Chad Ochocinco because he's gone public with his relationship with Basketball Wives star, turned football groupie, Evelyn Lozada. Meanwhile, he's still supposedly trying to find love on his show, The Ultimate Catch.

Diddy Disputes Robbery Rumors
Diddy says he's not a robber, so stop calling him that! He said he doesn't rob any artists he's working with. He explained that artists disappear, not because of him, but because that's the nature of the game! He said, "It's rare to be a me, to be a Jay-Z, an LL, a Nas. That's sh*t is a rarity." He does have a point!

Speaking of Jay-Z, he's going out on tour with the rock group U2 on the Australian and New Zealand leg of their 360 Live Nation tour.

Fantasia Speaks
Fantasia conveniently has opened up about her suicide attempt. She said, "I didn't have any fight in me. I didn't care about anything. I just wanted out." She also said, "You can't accidently take a whole bottle of pills."

GLADD is Mad...At The View
GLADD, The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is on the rampage against Sherri Shepherd and The view. On one episode, Sherri Shepherd and DL Hughley blamed closeted gay African American men for increased HIV rates among straight African American women. Well, GLADD says it just ain't true! They want an apology and for The View to pride correct the information to its viewers.

The Dream Is Over
Speaking of apologies or lack of, I doubt The Dream will be dropping 5 stacks on a make-up bag anytime soon! Apparently, we're all late and need to catch up. According to a rep for The Dream, he and Christina Milian have been separated since late 2009. So, we shouldn't be shocked about the pictures that popped up yesterday of The Dream all boo-ed up with his personal assistant on the beach! Wait, since late 2009? Didn't they have a 2nd wedding in December and daughter in February of this year? I'm confused!?!



Tiger's Lawyer On The Attack
Well, one person who isn't confused is Tiger's Woods lawyer. He's in attack mode. He officially filed documents asking the court to throw out porn star DeVon James paternity suit against Tiger. Maury confirmed that Tiger is not the father! But this money hungry chick is still trying!

Waka "Flockin" to court!
What the Flocka! Waka Flocka may end up in court soon! The police department in Akron, Ohio confirmed that he's being investigated over assault claims. An unidentified woman says she was assaulted on his tour bus outside the Hilton. No one has been charged yet but Waka was arrested and detained.

Is Mel B. Goon Affiliated?
Speaking of assault, Mel B, from the Spice Girl and her husband are being sued for a heap load of money by a California real estate agent. He apparently had been appraise it but Mel and her man thought he was paparazzi and allegedly gave him a beat down, including breaking his hand and causing neck and back injuries. And Plies says he's a goon!

Walter Hawkins Passed Away
And finally in sad news, gospel singer Walter Hawkins passed away on Sunday following his battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 61.

Prince will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 10th annual BET Awards on June 27th. BET said, "We have a different kind of tribute planned for him, as his unique style deserves a unique honor." Past winners include Whitney Houston, Earth, Wind and Fire, James Brown and The Isley Brothers. And of course I will have all the details LIVE from LA!

You’re Hired! TI Has A New Job
T.I. has announced that he's the new spokesman for Remy Martin cognac. He said that he was recently approached by the company and he obliged. Hmmm, I wonder if he and Ludacris (who has his own brand of cognac) will start beefin!! Lol, well, I’m just saying, everyone else is!

Forget Beef, Jay-Z Wants G.O.A.T. Meat
Speaking of beef…Jay-Z opened a can of worms and apparently he’s fishing for a G.O.A.T. In his Rolling Stone magazine cover story he took a shot at LL Cool J. He said, "We've seen people like LL have longevity, and we respect the heritage of what he's done, but it's not like, right now, he's competing on the same level as Lil' Wayne." And they’ve had problems in the past, so I smell something cooking!

The iPhone Gets So Icey
Gucci Mane has joined the ranks of Lil Jon and T-pain, receiving his own iPhone app. Users will be able to see exclusive videos and content from Gucci as well as hear his signature catch phrases - "Burr," "It's Gucci" and "What it do!" No release date has been set yet!

Drake Shuts Down NYC
Drake's performance last night in New York was shut down by the police due to overcrowding. Promoters expected 10,000 people, but nearly 20,000 showed up! Drake said, "I am humbled by the crowd that showed up in support of my performance... but unfortunately the show was canceled by the NYPD due to overcrowding, leaving me without the chance to give my fans a real show." Dayum Drizzy, they said so it BIG…but not that BIG!!

More Family Business For Brandy & Ray J?
Brandy and Ray J plan to develop a sitcom. Brandy said "Right now we're just focusing on the Ray J and Brandy movement -- as a team. It's always been our dream to be like the new Donny and Marie [Osmond]." And on top of that, they plan on recording an album together! Brandy says one thing she won't do is "a reality show about finding love. You can't find love -- love finds you." Too bad Ray-J didn’t share that same thought! The season finale of Family Business airs June 27th.

Eminem: I Was Hours From Death
While promoting his Recovery album Eminem has revealed just how bad his battle with drug addiction was. He said, "[I] was certainly a couple of hours away from death," saying that he overdosed and almost died. It was at that point that he realized he needed to admit to himself that he had a problem. "It took me awhile to admit I actually did have a problem," Em said. "In the hip-hop world that I live in, it can be mistaken for weakness and the last thing you want to do in hip-hop is admit that you're weak. But if I didn't admit I was weak with this certain thing I was going to die." His new album is due out June 21st!

Randy Jackson Rushed to the Hospital
Randy Jackson - MJ's brother, not the American Idol guy - is reportedly okay after being rushed to the hospital yesterday. A family rep says that Jackson was taken to a Pasadena hospital after he suffered chest pains. There's no word on how long he'll be there, but the rep said it was just a precautionary move.

Joe Jackson Takes It Back
Joe Jackson has taken back what he said about Katherine Jackson “killing” Michael Jackson! Katherine for the death of their son. After MJ’s death last June, Joe said, he told Katherine, "this would have never happened if you had went and been with him." Katherine's lawyer, lawyers for Michael Jackson's estate, and others came to Katherine's defense, so of course he had to clean it up! Joe took his comments back on Monday. He said "Katherine did not kill my son, she isn't at fault."

Who’s Yo Daddy: The Tiger Woods Edition
Just when you thought the “Lil Cheetah” saga was finished, here comes another shocking allegation! According to an upcoming documentary “Tiger Woods: The Rise and Fall”, Tiger has a secret 5-year old daughter with his former mistress, 48-year-old Theresa Rogers. The documentary claims that there is DNA evidence that will prove that…Tiger Woods…You are the father!

Snoop Granted UK Visa!
Good news for Snoopy D-o-double-g! He can finally return to the U.K. after being banned in 2006 for fighting at Heathrow Airport. Snoop officially won the long legal battle in February after senior immigration judges determined that Snoop played a "relatively minor" role in the Heathrow incident. Snoop’s headed back to the U.K. to perform at the Glastonbury Festival that starts on June 23rd.
