Justice For Michael Jackson
There may be some justice for Michael Jackson and his family after all. Mike's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, will go on trial for killing the King of Pop. A judge in L.A. ordered Murray to stand trial for involuntary manslaughter. The judge also suspended his medical license. Dr. Murray will be formally charged on January 25th.
Tia Mowry Is Expecting
Last night everyone was talking about the show "The Game," and today everyone is talking about Tia Mowry, who plays Melanie on the show! Tia announced that her and her hubby are expecting their first child! Congrats!
Terrence J. Says He Is Not The Father
Speaking of babies and baby daddies, Terrence J. says he is not the father of Brandy's alleged unborn baby! Here he is:

Jay-Z Is Slangin’ Chicken
And speaking of chances, Jay-Z is taking one on a new business venture. He's getting into the chicken game! Yep, Flavor Flav has competition! Jay has invested in "Buffalo Boss," a Brooklyn chicken wings restaurant, which is owned by his cousin Jamar White.
Swizz Beatz's Ex-Wife Just Landed A Reality Show
And Jay-Z's not the only one making moves, Swizz Beatz's ex-wife, Mashonda has landed a starring role in VH-1's latest reality show, "Love and Hip-Hop," about women in the music industry. The cast includes Fabolous' girlfriend, Olivia from G-Unit and Jim Jones’ girlfriend. Look for "Love and Hip-Hop" on your TV March 21st.
Gucci Mane Is Back
Well after all his arrests and short stint in the mental ward, Gucci Mane is back on the scene and ready to work! He hopped on Twitter yesterday to announce the release of his new video for "Gucci Two Times," from upcoming mixtape." Click here to watch the video!
Soulja Boy Wants A Grammy
Another crazy Atlanta rapper is making some noise! Soulja Boy is ranting and raving about how he deserves a Grammy. He claims that he should have beat Kanye & T-Pain's song "Good Life" back in 2008, but he wasn't worried about it because he figured he'd win the following year. But so far, no Grammy and I'm gonna bet that he's not going to get any nominations for the songs on "The DeAndre Way," which actually has a song called "Grammy" on it.

Gucci Aressted For Drugs?
Wow, if this is true this is just pitiful! MediaTakeOut is reporting that allegedly Gucci Mane got arrested for having drugs…on his way home from REHAB! Police pulled him over and found marijuana in the car! He later made bail.
T.I. Heads To Jail November 1st
Speaking of drug addicted Atlanta rappers, T.I. will be heading back to his home away from home on Monday, November 1st! He’s heading to a federal prison in Forrest City, Arkansas. And because he couldn’t keep himself out of trouble, T.I. has lost yet another endorsement. First Axe body spray, now Remy Martin Cognac! They issued a statement saying, “Regrettably, we will not be able to continue collaborating with T.I. at this time.”
Amber Rose Has Extended Her 15 Minutes
Well it seems like collaborating with famous rappers definitely pays off! Amber Rose is apparently developing her own TV show! She was on Twitter talking about it, saying she’ll use the show to talk about Kanye West, her ex, and the only reason anyone even cares about Amber! Way to extend your 15 minutes Amber!

Another heeelarious video is the trailer for MC Hammer’s Jay-Z diss, called “Better Run Run.” Too funny! King Hammer is calling Jay-Z “Hellboy” and the trailer shows a masked devilish figure running around and groaning!
Joe Jackson Has No Control
Seems like everyone’s beefing… Joe Jackson, Michael Jackson’s father, was fighting with his son’s estate for control, but he lost that battle! A 3-judge panel rejected his appeal of a ruling that said he had no legal right influence how his son’s estate is managed.
Prince Is Going On Tour
Finally, Prince has announced the first set of dates for his “Welcome 2 America” tour, his first major concert series since 2004! Unfortunately for us, they’re all in New York and Jersey so far!

Wyclef Hospitalized

After the stress and strain of running for President of Haiti and working on a new album, Wyclef was hospitalized in New Jersey due to stress and fatigue. A source close to him said he’s been suffering from horrible headaches for weeks. He has been released from the hospital though and asked for his supporters to bear with him while he recovers!
Will Pressure Make TI Pop?
Speaking of stress, TI has apparently been under pressure from his record label, Atlantic Records, to make crossover, pop records. Pharrell told MTV, “"He's got songs out there right now that are singles, but, you know, there are pressures in the world, certain things you can't necessarily control. But his body of work ... he's got a crazy album. I saw, like, 60 records, and almost every record that he played me was really incredible. Then there was the more poppier side of things, where the label kinda puts the gun to your head 'cause they gotta pay their bills...Please trust, T.I.'s album is incredible, and he's an amazing talent, and it's been a while since we got together..."
Drake’s Tour Almost Sold Out
Great news for Drake! Only one week into his Light Dreams & Nightmares tour, and it’s already 80% sold out! He’s already sold out New York's Radio City Music Hall (where he performs tonight and tomorrow), the Fox Theatre in Atlanta (Oct. 6) and the Chicago Theatre (Oct. 13-14).

Word is Shaquille O’Neal is engaged to “Flavor of Love” star turned - fill the blank if you know what in the world Hoopz has been doing! And MediaTakeOut has the pictures to prove it! I don’t know if they really are engaged, but she DOES have a huge rock on her finger and her and Shack seem pretty close! We’ll see soon enough…
Montana Fishburne Visits The Clinic
Montana Fishburne, Laurence Fishburne’s blossoming porn-star daughter, has checked into a clinic! And no…she doesn’t have that thing thing! It’s an anger management clinic. Word is that she’ll also be examined for possible mental illness or behavioral problems. There is some good news for the aspiring star though, she landed a real modeling gig, doing a photoshoot for “Bullett” Magazine!
Is J. Lo The Next American Idol Judge?
Speaking of new jobs, looks like J. Lo may have finally negotiated her way into a judge’s seat on American idol. Initially she was trying to get $15 million and a movie contract out of the deal, but she had to settle for $12 million! Awww, poor, poor J. Lo!

Speaking of Twitter, Nicki Minaj wants her gay followers to know that, unlike 50 Cent, she loves them! She also wants her gay followers to come to her shows when she goes on tour with Lil Wayne. Shots Fired: Fiddy Is Back On Diddy
Buck, buck, buck, buck! Shots fired…again! Ever since 50 Cent took over his Twitter account from his record label, he has been causing straight mayhem! This time, he tweeted about Diddy, saying, “Puffys a fun boy a happy man, a fruit loop a lucky charm a skittle chase the rainbow lol.” Diddy, meanwhile, took the highroad and didn’t respond!
Young Buck Is Going After Fiddy
Diddy might not respond anymore to 50’s shots, but Young Buck is taking the bait. His new single, “Hood Documentary,” is a Fiddy diss! He’s also got a new mixtape coming out (which I am sure will have lots of Fiddy disses), called “The Rehab.”
Slim Thug And Rick Ross Hash It Out On Twitter
Another beef is heating up on Twitter! Rick Ross and Slim Thug got into it recently. Ross started things out when he put Slim’s name in the song “King Boss.” Ross rapped, "She dated Slim Thug/ Now she f**k with me/ She finally made it to the biggest boss, luckily." Well Slim took to Twitter to voice his opinion of the Boss, saying, “Just threw Rick Ross CD out of the roof of the coupe…haters get no play in my ride.” Ross responded with, “Real n*ggas pick up phones…a boss would kno better.”

It must be something in the water because everyone seems to be speaking their mind! Usher spoke to People Magazine about his marriage to Tameka Foster. He said, “I love her as the mother of my children, we just couldn’t be married…We’re two different people.”

Aside from Waka’s mama saying there’s no beef between him and Gucci Mane, what better proof than them doing some good in the hood together?! They were both spotted in Queens, NY over the weekend at a community event, giving out school supplies and shooting some hoops.

Speaking of doing good in the hood, looks like “Takers” did just that! The movie did better than I initially reported yesterday. After Sunday’s receipts, it actually came in 1st place with $20.5 million, a slim lead over “The Last Exorcism’s,” $20.4 million, but a lead nonetheless!

Brandy and Vanessa Williams' ex-hubby, Rick Fox, will both be joining the cast for this season’s “Dancing With The Stars.”
