Trouble In Paradise For Ludacris
Sounds like there’s trouble in paradise already! Memba I told you about Ludacris’ medical school girlfriend? Well word is, they were at Florida Atlantic University, getting ready for his show and Luda supposedly took a groupie…err…I mean student into his dressing room. Well that may have been cool, if his girlfriend wasn’t there with him. She had been taking a tour of the school, but when she got back and found he was in the room with a groupie, she went ballistic! After about 20 minutes of screaming on Luda, she asked one of his body guards to take her to the airport! I wonder if they’ll split for good?!

Mathew & Tina Knowles May Be Back Together
Speaking of splitting, Beyonce’s parents, Tina and Mathew Knowles apparently decided not to! According to TMZ, they were supposed to be in divorce court Monday, but neither of them showed, so the judge dismissed the case!

Jay-Z Defends Kanye West
Beyonce’s hubby Jay-Z is defending Kanye West’s George Bush bashing! During an interview with NPR, Jay-Z said Yeezy expressed “what everyone else felt.” Here’s Jay talking about Kanye’s statement that George Bush doesn’t like black people:

"(Katrina) didn't feel like a natural disaster; it felt like it was happening directly to blacks, and immediately those images of people in suits getting beaten, sprayed with hoses, beaten on the bridge at Selma, all these emotions were going on inside of us. Kanye really spoke what everyone else felt."

And you can pick up a copy of Jay-Z’s book “Decoded” in stores tomorrow.

T.I. To Tell His Story
Speaking of life stories, T.I. will star in a “VH1 StoryTellers” special next month. It will feature Tip performing, answering questions from fans and sharing the stories behind his songs. That should be good!

Flavor Flav’s Chicken & Liquor
It seems like everyone is getting into the liquor game, so I guess Flavor Flav had to jump on it too! He’s releasing his own line of flavored vodka and wine and if that’s not ghetto enough for you, he’s planning on opening his very own fast food chicken joint, which he calls FCC! He says “the Colonel better watch out.” Wow, that’s all I’m gonna say!

Brandy Got Booted Off Dancing With The Stars
Real quick, Brandy was eliminated from “Dancing With The Stars,” leaving everyone to wonder why in hell Bristol Palin is still in the competition. I’m calling shenanigans! It’s a conspiracy!

WOW! This just in! TI and his wifey Tiny were both arrested in Los Angeles, allegedly for possession of a controlled substance! They were supposedly riding BIG in the Maybach, when police said they smelled marijuana, searched the vehicle and BAM! TI was back in custody, taking his ride or die chick with him! They are currently out on bail!

Bey Bey's Dad Says Sit Down With All That Mess
Beyonce's dad says SIT DOWN! Mathew Knowles says don't believe the hype; the rumors about Jay-Z managing Beyonce are not true. He released a statement saying, "Mathew Knowles is the sole and exclusive manager of Beyoncé. Contrary to false rumors online, B and Mathew Knowles unequivocally have had and continue to have a close personal and biz relationship."



Toni Braxton Is Homeless
Well another R&B diva is having some troubles! Miss Toni Braxton's Las Vegas area home is in foreclosure....and this ain't the first time that honey has had a house foreclosed! The same thing happened with her condo in Cali last year AND she filed for bankruptcy back in 1998! Jeez, get it together Toni!

Is Diddy An Age-ist?
Diddy has been hit with a $12 million lawsuit by a woman who says she was fired from Bad Boy because she was old and disabled! She said things with Diddy went downhill after she announced that she needed major hip surgery. And get this, in the complaint she filed, she also said she had a relapse of drug and alcohol addiction! Wonder why she got fired?!?! Diddy's people released this statement: "This is a grab for money by someone who concedes in her complaint to having had a drug relapse while on the job and an employer who was not satisfied with her work...There are many reasons why Ms. Spero (Francesca Spero) is no longer employed by Bad Boy, but age discrimination is not one of them."

Snoop Dogg is Looking For Work
Speaking of grabbing for money, Snoop Dogg is reaching for a new job! Well, one job in particular...Simon Cowell's job on American Idol. Snoop had previously been mentioned as a replacement, but it all comes down to the money! Snoop-a-loop said, "I like that show. I think it's missing some pizazz and I can give it what it's missing - if they get their bread together, cut me in and cut me out. I got to get paid."



Soulja Boy CAN Read And Write
Who knew!?! I sure didn't!! Soulja Boy is getting ready to release his book, "Teen Millionaire," next month! The book will cover things like how he made his first million by age 17 and his business strategies. I wonder if this is considered a children's book? Oh, 2 points for Yasmin!

Nicki Minaj Is Afraid
Nicki Minaj told an Atlanta radio station that when Lil Wayne gets out of prison in November, other rappers better watch out! She said, ""I'm afraid for anybody ... any of his competition when he gets out, because I just feel like it's going to be monumental." And hopefully when Weezy gets out, he won't make the same mistake as T.I. just did!

B.O.B. To Open For Jay-Z, Eminem
Speaking of monumental, congrats to B.O.B.! He'll be the opening act for Jay-Z and Eminem's concert in Detroit and their show in New York!

Chart Action
Fantasia's "Back To Me" album has the #2 spot on the charts, selling 120,000 copies in its first week. Eminem's "Recovery" has dropped to the #3 spot and Usher's "Versus" is in the #4 spot! Also, Drake has earned platinum status here in the states!

Suge Knight And Kanye West Agree…To Disagree
Suge Knight is not necessarily the person that you want to disagree with, but Kanye West doesn’t care! Suge is suing Yes for more than $1 million dollars because Kanye hosted a party in Miami where Suge got shot in the leg. They held a mediation session yesterday, but couldn’t agree, so now they’ll most likely go to trial!

Wyclef Makes A Diss Record
Speaking of disagreements, Wyclef is on a rampage, now that the Electoral Committee in Haiti wouldn’t approve his bid for president. He just released a diss record called “Prison for the CEP.” How mature!



Mariah Finally Speaks On Baby Bump
Mrs. Mariah Carey has finally spoken about her growing stomach! She took to her website to address the rumors that she’s preggers. Based on her non answer, I would say she is TOTALLY knocked up! She wrote, “I appreciate everyone’s well wishes. But I am very superstitious. When the time is right, everyone will know.” News flash Mariah…we already know!



Fabolous “Pumping” Up New Beef
Fabolous also has some beef brewing…or should I say NEW beef brewing. He’s been going in on adult film star, Brian Pumper, on Twitter. He started a trending topic, #BrianPumperJewels, making fun of the chains Brian wears in his movies. Brian responded with the trending topic #FabScaredLike. Ok, maybe it’s just me, but who cares who wins this battle?!?

Nicki Minaj Explains Lauryn Hill Comparison
Nicki Minaj finally explained the statement Irv Gotti made, comparing her to Lauryn Hill. Everyone thought he was reaching on that comparison, but Nicki says, “Irv has been privy to hear things that I've done that the world hasn't heard. Based on the music I have out now, that sounds like an absurd comment, but when Pink Friday comes out, you will completely understand why Irv made that comparison.” Hmmm, yeah, I guess we’ll take your word on it Nicki! (Pink Friday is out November 23)

No Playboy Bunnies For Drake
Drizzy is being sued by Playboy for copyright infringement. Playboy Enterprises claims Drake's "Best I Ever Had" contains a sample of the song "Falling in Love" by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds, which is the property of Hugh Hefner's Playboy Music Inc. and Playboy Enterprises. Hefner wants to stop sales and distribution of the record and doesn't want Drake to make any more money from it. Guess he won’t be invited to a party at the Playboy Mansion anytime soon!

Lil Wayne Is A Proud Papa
Lil Wayne sent a "shout out" to his Young Money family at Sunday night's BET Awards via his website WeezyThanxYou.com. Both Drake and Nicki Minaj thanked Wayne during their acceptances speeches. Weezy also wished fans a good summer and thanked them for the cards and letters he's getting each day, saying, "They mean the world to me."

Nicki Minaj Sounds Suspect
Nicki Minaj says she’s no bi-sexual! She spoke to Vibe Magazine and said "I don’t date women and I don’t have sex with women." Which seems really suspect, seeing as though 1) her name has “ménage” in it 2) she said she wanted to steal Cassie from Diddy and 3) she had former lesbian Amber Rose riding shotgun with her in the “Massive Attack” video! Ok Nicki, whatever you say!

Move Over Mathew Knowles
Word is Beyonce is still so upset about her father's affair and love child with 38-year-old Alexsandra Wright that it might cause problems for Mathew at Columbia Records! Supposedly things have gotten so cold between them, that people at the label reportedly think it would be best if Mathew stepped aside! Reps for Beyonce, however, are saying it ain’t true!

Fergie Wants Freedom
Word on the streets is that Fergie is leaving the Black Eyed Peas. Even though the group is on tour and they have another leg planned in early 2011, Fergie hasn't signed on for the latter part. "Things have gotten really bad with will.i.am ... His ego is out of control," said an insider. "Fergie just wants to get away from the whole thing."

Method Man Makes Good With The Man
Method Man appeared in a New York courtroom yesterday, where he pled guilty to tax evasion and immediately wrote a check for $40,000 of the $100,000 he owes. Meth’s attorney, Peter Frankel, told reporters, "When he found out about the tax issue he hired someone and immediately corrected it. He took care of it quickly like the good member of our community he is. He's not your typical rapper. He's not a troublemaker." Ok, that’s nice and all, but WTF at his lawyers comment… “He's not your typical rapper. He's not a troublemaker.” Shots fired at the rap community!

Lil Boosie Puts In Official Plea
Yesterday Lil Boosie entered a plea of not guilty to murder charges. He’s facing first degree murder charges in the death of 35-year-old Terry Boyd in October 2009. Boosie's attorney, said, "I think he meant what he said. He's absolutely not guilty. We're just going to prepare for his defense and get ready to address the charges."

Kelis Takes A Shot At Nas
Kelis spoke to a British paper about her ex-husband Nas. She was asked about her biggest disappointment and she replied, "My ex-husband." Ouch, that’s gotta hurt!

Kanye Is Being Sued
Kanye West is being sued over his song "Stronger." In a suit filed Friday in Illinois, songwriter-producer Vincent "Vince P." Peters says that he wrote the track in 2006 and played it for John Monopoly, a manager-business associate of West, at his Chicago home in 2006.
