Thing’s Aren’t Looking Good For Jay-Z Once Again
Earlier this week I told you about Jay-Z settling his copyright infringement with baseball player David Ortiz. Well now Hova’s being sued for the same thing. The lifestyle brand Volcom is suing Jay’s Roc Nation over the use of their diamed-shaped logo. Executives at Volcom say they tried to settle the issue directly with Roc Nation, but were ignored.

has extended his distribution deal with Lionsgate for another three years. You can expect at least two new “Madea” movies to come out of that deal. And get ready for “Midea’s Big Happy Family,” which opens on April 22nd.

Felicia “Snoop” Pearson, from “The Wire,” was arrested along with almost 60 other people yesterday morning in a drug raid in Baltimore. The Alphabet Boys (DEA) coordinated the raids with local cops to bust up a huge heroin and marijuana operation!

Kanye West Is Rejected From Two Major Fashion Shows
While Snoop is locked up, Kanye West is locked out. He was kept out of two major Paris Fashion Week shows. Supposedly, Yeezy was told that he was not welcome, but he chose to attend anyway. A rep told “The New York Post,” “Mr. West was requested to attend and we let him know we would not be able to accommodate him. He chose to come to the door anyway and we kindly let him know we could not accommodate him.” Ye also had a similar problem when he tried to attend Alexander McQueen’s show. Damn Ye!

After Just Four Months, Ne-Yo Is Expecting Another Baby
Talk about putting in work, Ne-Yo is about to be a father again! Justice For Michael Jackson
There may be some justice for Michael Jackson and his family after all. Mike's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, will go on trial for killing the King of Pop. A judge in L.A. ordered Murray to stand trial for involuntary manslaughter. The judge also suspended his medical license. Dr. Murray will be formally charged on January 25th.

Tia Mowry Is Expecting
Last night everyone was talking about the show "The Game," and today everyone is talking about Tia Mowry, who plays Melanie on the show! Tia announced that her and her hubby are expecting their first child! Congrats!

Well Mediatakeout.com is reporting that Brandy may have a bun in the oven! According to their snitch, she was at the premiere of BET's "The Game" last Friday and even though the champagne was flowing freely, she didn't even have a sip! I'm not exactly sure how not drinking champagne automatically makes a person pregnant, but hey I figured I'd give you the dirt. Oh and supposedly there's speculation that Terrence J. from 106 & Park is the daddy! Hey, I just report the news!

50 Cent Is The Million Dollar Man
Whether you love or hate 50 Cent's antics, you can't deny that he is the million dollar man! I told you last week about him launching his own brand of headphones, "Sleek Headphones by 50 Cent," and now the stock of the company he partnered with has tripled! H & H Imports’ shares shot up 355% since Fiddy signed the deal, which translated, means the company's value is up by 50 million dollars! Dayum!

Oooooh, the drama! Mario has been all up in the news lately because of allegedly getting into a fight with his mom. He’s facing charges of second degree assault, but his lawyer basically says his mother’s drug problem is to blame! Mario’s lawyer issued this statement: "Anyone who has waged the battle to save loved ones from the forces of drugs knows the irrational behavior that almost always accompanies their actions. Despite the allegations, Mario remains committed to supporting his mother."

Tiger Woods Making His Video Debut?


Speaking of action, one of Tiger Wood’s former mistresses says she has a 62-minute sex tape with Tiger and sold it in a deal with a DVD production company. Devon James said the company gave her $350,000 upfront and projected sales of $5 million!

Things aren’t looking good for up-and-coming crooner Bruno Mars. He’s been charged with felony drug possession because he was caught last month in Las Vegas with 2.6 ounces of cocaine inside the Hard Rock Hotel. He could get 4 years in prison and a $5,000 fine!

It never seems to end…even though Michael Jackson has been gone for more than a year, he continues to make headlines! His estate is being sued for $1 million dollars by a financial consulting firm in the Middle East for allegedly failing to pay them for helping him secure a $300 million re-finance loan.

A source close to him said he’s been suffering from horrible headaches for weeks. He has been released from the hospital though and asked for his supporters to bear with him while he recovers!

Will Pressure Make TI Pop?


Speaking of stress, TI has apparently been under pressure from his record label, Atlantic Records, to make crossover, pop records. Pharrell told MTV, “"He's got songs out there right now that are singles, but, you know, there are pressures in the world, certain things you can't necessarily control. But his body of work ... he's got a crazy album. I saw, like, 60 records, and almost every record that he played me was really incredible. After the video of Soulja Boy in the room with Kat Stacks and lines of cocaine broke, SB took to Twitter to deny it. He initially Tweeted, "God knows I didn't do that. that's all that matters, you are nothing but humans. pow". But later, he responded to a fan who asked him not to talk to Kat again, with this Tweet, “yes baby I promise to never do that again I'm so sorry, I'm a dummy dummy for that one.” Sounds like a confession to me!

Did Timbaland Attempt Suicide?
First Fantasia…now Timbaland? Well that’s what TMZ was reporting yesterday. Here’s the short version: Supposedly Timbo was upset about someone close to him stealing a $2 million dollar watch from him, so he left the house to clear his head. After he was gone for a while, his mother-in-law called 911 to report him missing and told police that he was “tired of the stress” and was near a cliff. Timbaland, though, says it’s not true.

Was Kimora Forced Out?
Speaking of leaving, I told you earlier this week that Kimora Simmons was leaving Baby Phat, and mama made it sound like she decided to leave on her own. Well that may not be the case! Rumor has it that she was forced out because she was paying herself and her daughters too much money for modeling in Baby Phat’s ads. And that she spent a ton of money on airbrushing and paying body doubles (who would really model the clothes, then Kimora’s face would be stuck on their body). Ouch, that’s gotta hurt her ego!

Montana Fishburne aka Bumpy (Ass) Johnson, is hoping that a judge rules in her favor, after pleading not guilty to assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. Her and her pimp, um excuse me, I mean boyfriend, were arrested in February, after allegedly breaking into a woman’s house, locking her in the bathroom and beating her!
