A female guard on Riker's Island is facing disciplinary action for allegedly giving Weezy preferential treatment. Captain Latanya Brown is also accused of spending extra time with Lil Wayne. Mmmmmm hmmm...Mrs. Officer...I see you!

Sheriff Confirms Ecstasy On Tiny & TI




Speaking of the Law, the sheriff confirmed that they did find ecstasy pills directly on TI & Tiny, but no drugs were found in the Maybach they were in. And Tiny got a little pissed on Twitter about reports that they were caught with Meth. Blogger Perez Hilton said Tiny should change her Twitter name to @MajorMethMama. Tiny Tweeted, "U da real dummy cause u believe everything u hear! I don't even no wat meth look like! How bout let's c what da test say!" Well I don't know what the test say, but I bet the lawyers say stop Tweeting Tiny!

Kanye West Takes To Twitter For Latest Rant
Well Kanye West took to Twitter to clear the air about a lot of things! Maybe he didn’t get the memo that Twitter is for messages 140 characters or less…Here’s everything he tweeted:

And for good reason! Jay just dropped a reported $20 million to buy a 12.5 acre island in the Florida Keys for Beyonce on her 29th birthday over the weekend! Damn, go on and set that bar high for the rest of these dudes!

DMX recently let the world know that he isn't a fan of plies as a rapper. X said, ""I don't know who the worst is, but he's got to be one of the worst," He went on to say, "I mean 'Bruh Bruh?' Serious? That has to be one of the worst. How do you even fix your mouth to say that or spell that? Wow, looks like DMX is trying to make a comeback the true American way...starting beef!

Speaking of beef, actor Sean Penn started it, but Wyclef isn't backing down. Sean had made some comments about Clef when he was running for president of Haiti and now Clef is busting back! Beyonce's been busy promoting her House of Dereon label, including doing a new photoshoot. But Iceland’s E-Label is claiming that Beyonce stole the design of their leggings for her own House of Dereon label. The owner says, “It’s practically just copy/paste.”



Shawty-Lo’s All New Everything
Well while Beyonce is recycling, Shawty-Lo is brand new with his! He just changed the name of his record label from D4L to 2610: BHF because he felt like the name D4L was too closely tied to the snap and dance music they used to make. And he broke off his engagement to his girlfriend of 10 years, Ecreia Perez, saying, "It's time to move on. It's over."

Speaking of fiancé’s, Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, Toya, is supposedly engaged to her boyfriend Memphitz. And she’s rocking a ROCK on her finger!!

Light-skinned men are making a comeback and Ginuwine’s got the job to prove it! He’s the “sexy milkman” for a new alcoholic drink, called Adult Chocolate Milk, which is a 40-proof vodka-based drink! All I can say about that is...can we get the milkman to start making deliveries again?

Speaking of annoyed, word is that the folks over at American Idol were irritated with Jennifer Lopez. She had been negotiating a deal as a permanent judge on the show, but in true J. Lo fashion, her demands supposedly got way out of control.

Nick Cannon’s Contract Extended
Well while J. Lo is losing the job, Nick Cannon aka Mr. Carey, just got an extension in his position as the chairman for the Teen Nick cable network. At least Mariah knows her man has some kind of income through January 2012! LOL

Nick Cannon might have a legitimate job, but a dude named Joey Turner doesn’t. But that didn’t stop him from pretending! I told you about the whole controversy surrounding Rick Ross’ “BMF” song and the “Death Before Dishonor” song that Young Jeezy did over the “BMF” beat. Well now Jeezy is saying that it wasn’t a shot at Rick Ross. He told MTV, "It's not a diss. First of all, I'm not gonna get nothing out of dissing that guy. That's one ... I think sometimes people can read into things too deep. They trippin' man. They crazy out there. Basically, if homie takes that as a diss, he's insecure, and anybody else out there who does, they are insecure." Sounds like more shots fired to me! But some people are saying that Def Jam, the record label they are both signed to, might be playing puppet master to increase both of their album sales! We’ll see…

Well he may be cute and people seem to love his music, but apparently ya’ll don’t like watching him on television. Trey Songz’s reality show, My Moment, is getting such bad ratings that it may not make it to next season! Last week he had less than a half million viewers!

Hopefully another BET show will do better than Trey! BET has announced its first ever original music documentary. My Mic Sounds Nice: A Truth About Women and Hip Hop will show the impact that women like Queen Latifah, MC Lyte, Missy, Eve and Trina have had on music. You can check that out on BET on August 30th at 10pm!

Nelly Overcomes The Hate
Speaking of shows, it seemed like Branson, Missouri was hating on Nelly by trying to stop his show in the city, which was supposed to happen in the parking lot of the Grand Palace. The city was trying to deny the permits needed to make the outdoor show a reality, but show organizers have moved it indoors to the mansion theater, avoiding a showdown in court.

A woman, who lives in the Netherlands, is claiming that she is the love child of Michael Jackson and Diana Ross! She says that when she was 9 years old, Katherine Jackson had her abducted by 7 people (who all were later murdered) and taken to Belgium! Now she’s come forward so that she can get her deserved inheritance and oh yeah, take care of her brothers and sisters! Sounds a bit like a fantasy…

And in other MJ news, Rodney Jerkins aka Dark Child is planning on releasing a new MJ album featuring unreleased tracks. Although it hasn’t officially been cleared yet, he says it’s coming soon!

Speaking of coming soon, Rihanna will be making her big screen debut in a new movie, which is an adaption of the board game Battleship. It’s set for release in May 2012.

Good news for Brian McKnight! He’s off the hook for over $300,00 in back child support. A Florida woman said he was the father of her 14 year old, but Brian took a DNA test and found out he’s not that baby’s pappy!

Drake’s Got Reason to Celebrate
Drake’s debut album, Thank Me Later, which was released in June, has officially been certified platinum.

Dr. Dre Is being Sued
Speaking of platinum, Dr. Dre is being sued for one million dollars! Paramount studios, where Dre has recorded for the past 10 years, is suing him for breach of contract, saying he agreed to pay them the $1.2 million he owed by July 13th, but has yet to write the check!

Lil Kim Has Issues With Everyone
Well it seems like Lil Kim has issues with almost every female rapper! But Eve said she and Kim were able to get passed their beef because of dogs!! Eve said they were sitting across from each other at a M.A.C. Cosmetics dinner and started talking about their pets. It was through that conversation that they were able to kiss & make up!

I bet The Dream and Christina Milian will have some major beef soon! Christina just filed a legal response to the divorce papers that The Dream filed back in February. She wants the judge to throw out his papers because the relationship was not irretrievably broken, but was destroyed rather, by Dream’s cheating. She’s also claiming that the only reason she signed a settlement agreement that waived alimony or ownership rights is because she was 9 months pregnant and in no condition to be signing important documents!

Good news for Lloyd Banks! charges against him were dismissed by an Ontario Judge last week. He and his crew were accused of assaulting a booking agent. Two other men were freed on all charges and one person pleaded guilty to assault.

Speaking of Charges, Bryan Abrams from Color Me Badd, memba them, "I Wanna Sex You Up." Ok sorry I digress! Anyway he was arrested on charges of domestic violence after allegedly throwing his wife across the room.

Ice-T Loses His Cool
Ice-To was arrested in NYC yesterday by a “punk b***h rookie,” according to his wife Coco’s Twitter page. Apparently, Coco and Ice-T were riding and got pulled over for allegedly not wearing their seat belts. It was then determined that Ice-T was driving on a suspended license, so they took him into custody, processed and then released him. Ice-T jumped on Twitter and proclaimed that he’s innocent!

Lil Kim Says Foxy Brown is Loco!
According to Lil Kim, maybe Foxy Brown should be taken into custody…at the insane asylum! Lil Kim told Black Voices that Foxy is off her rocker! She said, “One moment she got something bad to say about me, one moment she got something good to say. I don't like that flip flop sh*t, that just means that you're still crazy!” I’m guessing that since her beef with Nicki Minaj didn’t work out in her favor she’s back to the BASIC…chick that is!

Supposedly police wanted to talk to Kingston but decided it wasn't necessarily to talk to him. We'll see, I don't think this is over yet.

Christina Milian’s Dream Turns Into Nightmare
Whew, this right here is about to get ugly! Well I told you yesterday that pictures surfaced of The Dream all boo-ed up with his assistant and that his rep issued a statement saying they had been separated since late 2009. Well now clues have surfaced on Christina’s Twitter page that make a different statement! On June 29th, 2010, Milian asked followers to support Dream's new CD, Love King, saying, "Support my boo!" But after those pictures surfaced, her Tweets changed tones. On Monday she tweeted, "Whatever you think…believe it," and retweeted the statement, "I've officially lost my appetite." So I guess we weren’t the only ones that didn’t get the memo!

Even though Will and Jada Pinkett Smith continually deny that they're Scientologists they are rumored to have attended a four-hour Scientology event with Tom Cruise over the weekend. GLADD, The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation is on the rampage against Sherri Shepherd and The view. On one episode, Sherri Shepherd and DL Hughley blamed closeted gay African American men for increased HIV rates among straight African American women. Well, GLADD says it just ain't true! They want an apology and for The View to pride correct the information to its viewers.

The Dream Is Over
Speaking of apologies or lack of, I doubt The Dream will be dropping 5 stacks on a make-up bag anytime soon! Apparently, we're all late and need to catch up. According to a rep for The Dream, he and Christina Milian have been separated since late 2009. So, we shouldn't be shocked about the pictures that popped up yesterday of The Dream all boo-ed up with his personal assistant on the beach! Wait, since late 2009? Didn't they have a 2nd wedding in December and daughter in February of this year? I'm confused!?!

Did Michael Jackson Want To Duet With Bubbles?
Michael Jackson’s sister, LaToya Jackson, says MJ wanted doctors to operate on his monkey Bubbles' vocal cords so he could talk. She says Michael even spent big lots of money trying to get Bubbs to talk and even flew in a team of specialists from overseas. LaToya said, “(Michael) asked doctors, 'Can I give him an operation so that I can know what his thoughts are?'" Michael eventually dropped the idea because he as afraid the surgery would be dangerous for Bubbles.

LeBron's Alleged Father Dissed By Baby Brother
Leicester Bryce Stovell who filed a $4 million defamation suit against LeBron and his mother, Gloria James, claiming that they tampered with evidence proving that he is LeBron’s dad was dissed by his own brother! His younger brother, Junior Stovell, told TMZ that "something's a little fishy" about the accusations. Junior also says his brother “never mentioned anything about LeBron being his son until LeBron became the king."

Rihanna Cancels More Concerts
Rihanna has been forced to cancel three more stops on her “Last Girl On Earth Tour.” The canceled concerts are: Denver (July 15th), Atlanta (July 28th) and Indianapolis (August 3rd). Add that to previously-canceled concerts in Dallas, Phoenix and Seattle and Rihanna has nixed a total of six shows. LiveNation, who’s promoting the show, blames "changes in Rihanna's schedule." But insiders say it’s that ticket sales are bad!

Fan Causes Frenzy for Fitty
Drama popped off at a 50 Cent concert in Brazil this weekend. During one of Fitty’s songs, a fan jumped on stage and grabbed him and put him in a headlock. But Tony Yayo and Lloyd Banks jumped in and got in a couple of punches and kicks on him until security pulled him backstage for quite possibly another ass whopping!

LeBron James' "Father" Files Lawsuit
A man claiming to be LeBron James’ father has filed a $4 million LeBron and his mother, Gloria James. The alleged baby daddy is a 55-year-old Princeton-educated lawyer named Leicester Bryce Stovell. He says he had a one night stand with Gloria in 1984 and get this, she was only 15 years and he was 29.



50 Cent Attacks Diddy Over Biggie
50 Cent is back on a rampage! He’s going in on Diddy for supposedly exploiting the memory of the Notorious B.I.G. Fitty started an online petition demanding that Diddy stop using Biggie’s name to make money. The petition states: “Enough is enough; Biggie's name should never have become Diddy's Black Card. Let Diddy know to let B.I.G. rest in peace. When was the last time Diddy really was biggin’ up his brother not biggin’ up his bank?" So far, about 131 people have signed 50 Cent’s anti-Diddy petition.

Kim Kardashian and Dallas Cowboys receiver Miles Austin have only been dating for about a month, but it looks like he’s already lining up his side piece (formerly his main piece)! MediaTakeOut cites a “very reliable” insider who allegedly that Miles spent part of last week getting it on with his ex-girl, Playboy model Jessica Burciaga.

Serena Says Common Didn’t Want The Responsibility
Serena Williams told Harper’s Bazaar that Common and her broke up because “he didn’t want the responsibility” of being her boyfriend. Serena said, “His schedule is actually worse than mine. Drake Donates 25K to Jamaican Library
Drake has donated $25,000 to help build a library and learning center in Jamaica. The project is being organized by dancehall star Mavado. Drake told Jamaica’s Weekend Star newspaper, "It's a very positive move and something I am very happy to be a part of. Education is the key to life so to be able to assist in that process is very fulfilling." The library is tentatively being called the 'Drake and Mavado Peace Center.

Romeo’s Got An Acting Job
Master P’s son Romeo Miller will co-star with Angela Basset in an upcoming comedy called “Jump the Broom.” It’s about two rival black families who clash during a weekend vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. Speaking of kids and court, Damon Dash is being sued by his ex, Linda Williams. Its all behind their seven-teen year old son Damon. Linda says Dash allegedly threatened their son Damon II after he saw him deejaying at an N.Y.C. club. She says Dash held his son in his apartment against his will. She’s seeking one million dollars in com-pen-satory damages!

TMZ is reporting that a Prosche registered to Kanye West was totaled Saturday night after crashing into a home in Hawaii. Some sources say Yeezy’s cousin had permission to drive the car, while other sources say it has been reported stolen. Three men were seen running from the vehicle. The house was undergoing construction so fortunately no one was in it!

Well there maybe a new Hip-Hop beef this time it’s the battle of the Barbies! Lil’ Kim supposedly took a subtle dig at Nikki Minaj during a show in Buffalo, New York! She threw her wig into the crowd and said, “I’m going to another level. I love the wigs and everything but I’m above this…I’ll be back.” And she told a blogger, “If you’re gonna swagger Jack someone’s style at least pay respect.” Drake fanned the flames by telling Nikki, “I don’t care what Lil’ Kim says; you are the baddest woman doin it right now!!! Interesting, we’ll see how this plays out.



Christina Milian Is No Longer Living The Dream
Speaking of beef, Christina Milian may soon be beefing with The Dream. They just had their first child in April and he’s allegedly already creepin. He was hosting a few parties in Atlanta and supposedly he flew in some chick from California named Sarah and her friends to kick it with him. And then another chick was all over him at another party! Dayum, it’s like that Dream. You just gonna leave Christina hangin' with the baby?

Bad News For Boosie Bad Azz
Well there’s some bad news for Boosie! He maybe facing even more jail time! He was already sentenced to four years in the pokey last year for probation violation. Now he maybe facing murder charge. The Baton Rouge Police Department just arrested five men and charged them with a string of murders. An inside source claims that all of there fire men are affiliates of Boosie and authorities are expecting to charge him with first degree murder too! Those charges ate expected to come in the next week or so! WOW!

Box Office Reports
Shrek Forever After remained in the number one spot with $25.3 million. Get Him to the Greek opened in second with $17.4 million and Killers got the number three spot with $16.1 million.
