A Woman Says She Was Raped At Lil Wayne’s House
A woman claims that she was held against her will and raped at a house in Southern California where Lil Wayne was recording in January. The woman, who is a catering assistant, reported the alleged attack to police. It’s unclear whether or not Lil Wayne was at the house when the crime was allegedly committed.

Wyclef Gets Shot In Haiti
Wyclef is doing well, according to his spokesperson, after being shot in the hand while driving to a pre-election event in Port Au Prince, Haiti with Busta Rhymes. Bullets struck their vehicle at about 11 o’clock on Saturday night, Clef got grazed in the hand, and was treated and released from a hospital.

Ne-Yo‘s Dancers Fear Japan
Four of Ne-Yo’s back-up dancers stayed home from his current tour of Japan because they’re afraid of aftershocks and radiation exposure after the 8.9 magnitude earthquake there. Ne-Yo will hit the stage in Japan tomorrow and Thursday.

After the stress and strain of running for President of Haiti and working on a new album, Wyclef was hospitalized in New Jersey due to stress and fatigue. A source close to him said he’s been suffering from horrible headaches for weeks. He has been released from the hospital though and asked for his supporters to bear with him while he recovers!

Will Pressure Make TI Pop?


Speaking of stress, TI has apparently been under pressure from his record label, Atlantic Records, to make crossover, pop records. Pharrell told MTV, “"He's got songs out there right now that are singles, but, you know, there are pressures in the world, certain things you can't necessarily control. But his body of work ... he's got a crazy album. I saw, like, 60 records, and almost every record that he played me was really incredible. A female guard on Riker's Island is facing disciplinary action for allegedly giving Weezy preferential treatment. Captain Latanya Brown is also accused of spending extra time with Lil Wayne. Mmmmmm hmmm...Mrs. Officer...I see you!

Sheriff Confirms Ecstasy On Tiny & TI




Speaking of the Law, the sheriff confirmed that they did find ecstasy pills directly on TI & Tiny, but no drugs were found in the Maybach they were in. And Tiny got a little pissed on Twitter about reports that they were caught with Meth. Blogger Perez Hilton said Tiny should change her Twitter name to @MajorMethMama. Tiny Tweeted, "U da real dummy cause u believe everything u hear! I don't even no wat meth look like! How bout let's c what da test say!" Suge Knight is not necessarily the person that you want to disagree with, but Kanye West doesn’t care! Suge is suing Yes for more than $1 million dollars because Kanye hosted a party in Miami where Suge got shot in the leg. They held a mediation session yesterday, but couldn’t agree, so now they’ll most likely go to trial!

Wyclef Makes A Diss Record
Speaking of disagreements, Wyclef is on a rampage, now that the Electoral Committee in Haiti wouldn’t approve his bid for president. He just released a diss record called “Prison for the CEP.” How mature!

Mrs. Mariah Carey has finally spoken about her growing stomach! She took to her website to address the rumors that she’s preggers. Based on her non answer, I would say she is TOTALLY knocked up! Speaking of stealing, Lil Wayne is suing a former booking agent, who he says stole $370,000 from him. He claims they diverted the money from a show booked on his behalf.

Drake Is A Party Planner
Drake took to Ustream to announce the November 5th Welcome Home Weezy Concert, since Lil Wayne is supposed to be released on or around November 4th, 4 months early. Drake also announced that his R&B mixtape will be titled, “It’s Never Enough.”

DJ Khaled Has A New Home
Speaking of Cash Money, they have been gobbling up talent left and right! DJ Khaled announced that he is now signed to Cash Money Records. On Friday, he Tweeted, “Deal is done.”

Speaking of respecting laws, guess Faith Evans is above that! She was allegedly arrested on Saturday night in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI. She was released Sunday, but her car was impounded.

Keri Hilson is lucky to be alive!! Over the weekend she Tweeted that her house caught fire due to an electrical malfunction! She said she pulled up and saw 3 fire trucks. She said she was going to end her night out early, but decided against it! Good thing she did, because who knows what could have happened if she was home!

Keep The Faith -
It is with a heavy heart that I tell you today that the board of elections in Haiti has disqualified me from my run for the presidency of the country. Though I disagree with the ruling, I respectfully accept the committee's final decision, and I urge my supporters to do the same. We must all honor the memories of those we've lost--whether in the earthquake, or at anytime--by responding peacefully and responsibly to this disappointment.

I was inspired to run for president because I know Haiti can become great with the right leadership, and I believe I could be that leader; but, ultimately, we must respect the rule of law in order for our island to become the great nation we all aspire for it to be.

I want to assure my countrymen that I will continue to work for Haiti's renewal; though the board has determined that I am not a resident of Haiti, home is where the heart is--and my heart has and will always be in Haiti. This ruling just tells me that I can't officially seek the office of president. More importantly, there is no one who can tell me to stop my work in Haiti, and there is no one who could. I think of my daughter, Angelina, and it makes me want to redouble my efforts to help give all the children in Haiti better days.

I also want to honor the memory of my father, a minister; I know that he would tell me that even though I've faced a setback, I must continue in all my good-faith efforts to help Haiti turn a corner to a better and brighter future. Do not think that my role in the future of Haiti is over; it's just a different role than I had anticipated it to be.

Rest assured, this isn't the end of my efforts to help improve my beloved country but only marks a new beginning.

Speaking of receding hairlines, Wyclef should be hearing a decision today in whether he is eligible to run for President of Haiti. He said he’ll respect the decision either way, but if he’s not approved, he’ll continue to do for Haiti.

Beyonce's been busy promoting her House of Dereon label, including doing a new photoshoot. But Iceland’s E-Label is claiming that Beyonce stole the design of their leggings for her own House of Dereon label. The owner says, “It’s practically just copy/paste.”



Shawty-Lo’s All New Everything
Well while Beyonce is recycling, Shawty-Lo is brand new with his! He just changed the name of his record label from D4L to 2610: BHF because he felt like the name D4L was too closely tied to the snap and dance music they used to make. And he broke off his engagement to his girlfriend of 10 years, Ecreia Perez, saying, "It's time to move on. It's over."

Toya Carter Engaged?
Speaking of fiancé’s, Lil Wayne’s ex-wife, Toya, is supposedly engaged to her boyfriend Memphitz. And she’s rocking a ROCK on her finger!!

Light-skinned men are making a comeback and Ginuwine’s got the job to prove it! He’s the “sexy milkman” for a new alcoholic drink, called Adult Chocolate Milk, which is a 40-proof vodka-based drink! All I can say about that is...can we get the milkman to start making deliveries again?

Actor Sean Penn called Clef out saying, "I'm very suspicious of it...for those of us in Haiti; he has been a non-presence;" and Pras from the Fugees said, "I love Wyclef to death...but the reality is this: we need a real leader." Dayum.

Speaking of shows, Aretha Franklin had to cancel 2 upcoming shows after falling and breaking her ribs. The free concerts were suppose to happen in Brooklyn but she broke multiple ribs and has been experiencing abdominal pain since the fall, she said she's hoping to reschedule the shows for later this month.

I've been telling you that Wyclef has decided to run for president of Haiti, but he might need to handle some business before he does. It's being reported that he owes the IRS $2.1 million! WOW! He talked about how he calls Drake, but he doesn't always pick-up. He also spoke about what the typical day of Lil Wayne behind bars.

Earlier this week I told you about the possibility of Wyclef running for president of Haiti. Well the New York post is claiming that it is official! His reps say he has submitted paperwork and other sources say he'll make his official announcement within the next 2 weeks!

Dame Dash Auction
Poor, poor Dame Dash! His New York City loft is on the auction block. He bought it in "04" for $3.875 million and eventually became unable to make the....get this 78 thousand a month mortgage payments. He tried to sell it for $7.9 million but that was an epic fail; so it was foreclosed and went to auction yesterday! Damn.

Chris Tucker Starring in Money Talks 2
Speaking of money issues! Chris Tucker will be starring in Money Talks 2 and get this...his co-star this time will be the I, the R, and the S. Yep, money talks and the IRS wants some good conversation from Chris! He supposedly owes $11 million in back taxes. He also owes about $3.5 million to the state of California!

Jermaine Dupri allegedly told blogger Sandra Rose that he was going to have her killed! She’s claiming that he threatened her after she posted and article titled “How The Mighty Have Fallen: Jermaine Dupri Rebounds.” Supposedly JD is telling people he was drunk during the call!

When It Comes To His Kids…It's not a GAME!
Well alcohol and rappers don’t mix! The Game proved that at one of his recent shows. Someone threw beer on stage and unfortunately (for the guy) The Game’s kids were there and he didn’t take to kindly to it! Two people from Game’s entourage jumped off stage and had a stern conversation with the guy...and by stern, I mean an ass whooping!

Does Mario Have Anger Management Issues?
Speaking of getting it in, Mario might need to make his way to some anger management classes! He allegedly punched the sound engineer at the annual Rochester MusicFest. In other jail bird news, C-Murder is getting some special attention. He’s serving a mandatory life sentence for the 2002 murder of a 16 year old, but now a special panel in new Orleans is examining his case to see if there was any judicial misconduct.

Even though Diddy thinks he runs New York City, NYC says otherwise! They claim he owes almost $1 million for illegally putting up posters a few years back. They also want Doug E. Fresh to ante up on the almost $200,000 they claim he owes in business taxes.

We could be calling Wyclef president in the future! It’s only speculation for now, but there is a possibility that Wyclef could run for president of Haiti. He’s not confirming or denying it, but his rep did say, “If and when a decision is made, media will be alerted immediately.’
