He promised to pay Christina 10% of his publishing stake as part of their divorce settlement. Suge Knight is not necessarily the person that you want to disagree with, but Kanye West doesn’t care! Suge is suing Yes for more than $1 million dollars because Kanye hosted a party in Miami where Suge got shot in the leg. They held a mediation session yesterday, but couldn’t agree, so now they’ll most likely go to trial!

Wyclef Makes A Diss Record
Speaking of disagreements, Wyclef is on a rampage, now that the Electoral Committee in Haiti wouldn’t approve his bid for president. He just released a diss record called “Prison for the CEP.” How mature!

Speaking of stealing, Lil Wayne is suing a former booking agent, who he says stole $370,000 from him. He claims they diverted the money from a show booked on his behalf.

Drake Is A Party Planner
Drake took to Ustream to announce the November 5th Welcome Home Weezy Concert, since Lil Wayne is supposed to be released on or around November 4th, 4 months early. Drake also announced that his R&B mixtape will be titled, “It’s Never Enough.”

DJ Khaled Has A New Home
Speaking of Cash Money, they have been gobbling up talent left and right! DJ Khaled announced that he is now signed to Cash Money Records. On Friday, he Tweeted, “Deal is done.”

MediaTakeOut.com told you nearly a month ago that R&B singer Mariah Carey was pregnant. Well now it's confirmed!!

Here's how our pals over at RadorOnline are reporting it:

a source close to Mariah and husband Nick Cannon tells RadarOnline.com the couple -- who renewed their vows to celebrate their second anniversary in May -- are at last with their first child.

“They’re both very excited and very happy,” dished our insider.


When contacted, Mariah’s longtime rep Cindi Berger gave RadarOnline.com a rather cryptic comment.

“I’m not at liberty to discuss Mariah’s personal life at this time,” the publicist told RadarOnline.com, a statement that did not outwardly deny the pregnancy.

Said our insider: “Mariah and Nick want to keep the pregnancy quiet as long as they can."
