Well, he claims it was because of an insurance lapse from 2008, and he recently told TMZ, "At the end of the day, after I get this dismissed...I either can sue the DMV or the insurance company... and that's when I have my revenge". Armed Federal agents reportedly showed up to his house in Nashville to take his assets, since he owes $300,000 in back taxes.
