Back In Style: The Jean Jacket

So it's back, the denim jacket is the latest piece of rugged, iconic American workwear to make a come back. Now it is cut high and tight but it still has a tough feel. To get the right denim jacket make sure you nail the fit. The torso should hit right at your waist, the armholes should be cut high, and the sleeves should reach just below your wrists. Try to avoid stone washes, ridiculous tints, or too many holes and frays. As with jeans, the jean jackets that wear the best over time are made of unwashed, undistressed denim. Style Tip: Pair a skinny tie with a dark and crisp jacket for a night out.
