A source says that they're making plans for their kids, just in case they end up behind bars. So far, the verdict is that the kids will stay with Tiny's mother.

Speaking of moms, Aretha Franklin has been dealing with every mother's nightmare. Her son underwent emergency surgery yesterday after he was beat down by 3 people at a Detroit gas station. The details about the suspects are sketchy, but there were 2 men and one woman. It could have possibly been a robbery attempt.

Speaking of stealing, Drake is pulling a Rick Ross! He took the nickname of deceased UGK rapper PimpC, who called himself "Sweet Jones." Well Drake has offended some UGK fans by calling himself "Young Sweet Jones." Drake defended himself, saying it was the streets that gave him the nickname and he told MTV, "I'm a huge Pimp fan...by no means did i mean to offend."

Drake's wifey, Nicki Minaj, says she's giving up sex...kind of. She told "Interview" magazine that she was going to tone down the sexiness in her songs and image to set a positive example for young girls.
