Lil Wayne Pleads Guilty
Lil Wayne appeared in Yuma County Superior Court last week via video to plead guilty to one count of possession of a dangerous drug. He reached a plea deal with prosecutors in the January 2008 case in which his tour bus was stopped near a U.S. Border Patrol checkpoint outside of Yuma, Arizona and he was found with drugs. Lil Wayne, who's already serving a year on a weapons charge, is expected to get up to 36 months of probation.

Alicia Keys & Swizz Beats Are Blessed
During their visit to South Africa to perform at the World Cup opening ceremonies, Alicia Keys & Swizz Beats had their union blessed in a traditional Zulu ceremony. Alicia also had the couple's unborn baby blessed during the ceremony.



Fat Joe is Questioned in Sexual Assault

Fat Joe was detained by police in Madison, Wisconsin after a 33-year-old woman told them that Joe and his entourage sexually assaulted her inside a limo. According to police, the unidentified woman claims she found herself inside of a Cadillac limousine Joe and other male subjects following his concert at the Orpheum Theater. He was not arrested and was released by the morning. But police say the investigation is ongoing.

Kat Stacks Attacked
MediaTakeOut.com learned that Kat Stacks was attacked last night outside of a Washington, DC club. According to MediaTakeOut.com's snitch, a girl from the DMV ran up on Kat and whopped her like she stole something. Then she walked away like nothing happened. Kat is reportedly unhurt.

Game is Not Dead
For those of you who believed rumors that Game died in a shooting in L.A. on Sunday night don’t worry! He is still alive and well. He Tweeted, "Who ever started da rumor dat I was dead is funny as hell…If u gone spread rumors, b more creative. Say, I had a fight wit the Toy Story cast or sumn & it turned fatal ha ha." He followed that up with, "As a matter of fact, I am dead. I'm the 1st n*gga to #graveTweet !!! 1st 400 bars, now tweetin from the grave...I'm dope."

Lil' Boosie Denies Murder Charges
Lil' Boosie, who is already serving four years for drug and gun possession, is now facing murder charges in the 2009 death of a man named Terry Boyd, who was shot through the window of his house. Boosie was indicted late last week in an alleged murder-for-hire plot. He may face the death penalty if found guilty. Boosie was also indicted for conspiring with his girlfriend, another inmate and a former correctional officer, of smuggling synthetic marijuana, marijuana pills and codeine into the prison. On top of this, police are investigating the February, 2009 death of fellow Louisiana rapper Chris "Nussie" Jackson, along with five other similar deaths which Boosie may have been involved in. Boosie denied the charge saying, "I’m innocent. I’m completely innocent.”

Jay-Z Performs Secret Show
Despite word that the mayor cancelled Jay-Z's "secret" show yesterday on the The Late Show with David Letterman marquee, the show went on anyway. Jay performed along with Eminem on the rooftop of the Ed Sullivan Theater, where The Late Show is filmed. The show had been cancelled in the first place because Jay couldn't get a permit after word of the show leaked, but a rooftop performance doesn't need a permit.

Jay-Z Settles with David Ortiz
Jay-Z has settled his lawsuit against Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz. Hov sued Ortiz for copyright infringement after the slugger opened up his Forty/Forty club in the Dominican Republic - ripping off Jay's 40/40 clubs in the States. Jay and his partner were looking for $5 million but Ortiz has agreed to change the name of his club and take down his fortyforty.net website.

Katherine to Face Off with Jackson's Estate?
Katherine Jackson has partnered up with online nude gambling promoter, Howard Mann, to sell 273 unreleased Michael Jackson tracks. Mann came into possession of the music when bought a storage locker owned by the Jackson family after they didn't pay the storage bill. MJ’s Estate lawyer, however, said, "Mr. Mann can listen to the tracks in his living room or play them at cocktail parties, but he has absolutely no right to the intellectual property and has no claim to the music."
