The Dirty Laundry

God Sent Rihanna A Message
I just hope that when God sends me a message, he chooses a different messenger than Chris Brown! Rihanna told “Marie Claire” magazine that Chris Brown’s beating was sent from above. She said, “God has a crazy way of working…I needed that wake-up call in my life. I needed a turning point, and that’s what God was giving me.” Ok Ri Ri, if that works for you…but personally, I’ll take my messages from Godwith less bruises!

Lil Wayne Gets Another Guard In Trouble
Speaking of messages, it’s best not to send Lil Wayne any if you’re a guard at Riker’s Island! Another guard is in hot water for communicating with Weezy. Captain Raphael Collazzo has been suspended without pay for 10 days because he visited Weezy for 45 minutes while he was in solitary confinement. He’s the 3rd guard to get in trouble for talking to Wayne!

Akon Is Not Welcome In Australia
Akon is no longer welcome in Melbourne, Australia! During a show back in ’09 some fights broke out and Kon ended up in the middle of the brawl after supposedly trying to break it up. Now he’s not allowed back in Melbourne, which means he won’t be on the bill for the “Summerbeatz Tour” stop there, but Ciara, Soulja Boy, and Flo-Rida will be!

Obama Is On Tour
President Obama is on a tour of his own! He’s been making his rounds throughout the country to help support congressional Democrats for the upcoming elections. He’s getting some help from Common in Chicago! Com will share the stage with the Pres at a pre-election rally tomorrow in Chi-Town.

Some Movie Action For Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson’s dream of turning “Thriller” into a full length movie may come true soon! “This Is It” director Kenny Ortega is planning on helming a big screen adaption of “Thriller.”

Chart Action
As for the charts, Lil Wayne sells from his cell! He’s got the #5 spot with “I Am Not A Human Being,” which sold 64,000 copies last week. Eminem dropped from the top 5, with “Recovery” landing in the 8th spot, selling 42,000 copies, and Trey Songz’s “Passion, Pain, and Pleasure” lands at #17.
