Playboy Enterprises claims Drake's "Best I Ever Had" contains a sample of the song "Falling in Love" by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds, which is the property of Hugh Hefner's Playboy Music Inc. and Playboy Enterprises. Hefner wants to stop sales and distribution of the record and doesn't want Drake to make any more money from it. Guess he won’t be invited to a party at the Playboy Mansion anytime soon!

Both Drake and Nicki Minaj thanked Wayne during their acceptances speeches.
