Estee Lauder have announced Joan Smalls 21, a African American and Puerto Rican model as their new spokesmodel for their cosmetic and skincare line. Smalls will be the first model from Puerto Rico for Estee Lauder. Joan came from Puerto Rico and started modeling in New York in 2007 to make a better living for her family.
