Well, Michael Jackson's Neverland ranch could become a state park! A California assemblyman is shopping the idea around. He's hoping that turning the 2,500-acre ranch into a park can bring in some money for California! We'll see what the Jackson family says about that!

Speaking of business, Ne-Yo and his booking agent may not have been handling theirs. Ne-Yo is being sued for $1 million by a Washington state promoter. The promoter alleges that when Ne-Yo didn't show to his 2008 New Year's Eve concert his reputation was damaged and his $95,000 wasn't returned. Damn Ne-Yo, you hustling them like that?

Well, Drake is definitely hustling! Even though he just dropped an album last month, he's already on to the next one! He tweeted that he started working on his new album.

Mashonda is also back to work! She's back firing shots at Alicia Keys and Swizz Beats. She told Vibe that she thinks. "They will never understand or care about pain I went through." Sean Kingston Suspicious Activity
Well, Sean Kingston is being accused of sexual assault and drugging two women. Now, according to sources police have said the case is not credible. Supposedly 2 women showed up to a room where he was partying. Supposedly the women were drunk. One of the women said Kingston has sex with her, and left shortly before she has sex with two other men in the room. Supposedly police wanted to talk to Kingston but decided it wasn't necessarily to talk to him. We'll see, I don't think this is over yet.

Well, just when you thought The Fast and The Furious was over, Tyrese and Ludacris both confirmed that they're filming Fast Five.

As for the charts, Eminem's Recovery is still #1. Drake's got the #2 spot. Big Boy's Sir Lucious Left Foot debuted at #3 with 62,000. And poor Kelis, her album Fleshton is at #46, only selling 8000 copies
